The vision was born 9 years ago in a garage: create progressive designs for livable, affordable homes. Today, that vision flourishes, in projects impacting families, neighborhoods and communities. We are JWA. Our diverse team members combine their broad range of expertise in a rigorous, collaborative process that is the hallmark of JWA design.
Our method yields affordable, progressive designs without sacrificing quality. She takes a holistic approach to design and pursues site specific design solutions that prioritize environmental and social factors. When she is not designing she enjoys cooking and nursing her friends' neglected plants back to health. Julian and Jaidee Weber, Principals of JW Architects, are following in the historic footsteps of art conscience architects by dedicating a large volume in their award winning, certified Zero Energy King Street office to serve as a rotating art installation space. Mya Kerner will be the collaborating artist this season and we are beyond excited to be providing a large scale platform for this creative woman.
The team at JWA is conducting a survey about how the design of our projects meets the occupant's needs. The results of the survey will allow us to improve our work. The data we collect will only be used for our research and will not be shared. If you have any questions or would like further information on our work, please visit our website or email us at [email protected].

Can they supervise their projects so that they stop damaging the houses next to their site? I have had numerous issues with property damage due to incompetent and/or unethical construction (in my opinion) from them and partner Jabooda Homes. My neighbors have also experienced serious property damage as a result of a JWA designed complex. Additionally it is my opinion that their buildings with their odd asymmetrically placed front windows, pitted concrete, and plywood that was left unwrapped for several weeks during a Pacific Northwest rainy season is an eyesore and a detriment to surrounding property
