Services
Kevin Broderick, Principal, established Broderick Architects in 1986 soon after arriving in Seattle. Since our establishment, we have demonstrated a commitment to developing creative and practical solutions to design challenges through experience in designing ecclesiastical, institutional, commercial, and multi-family and single-family residential projects.
Kevin is a licensed architect, principal and the owner of the firm. He studied architecture at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received his Bachelor of Architecture. Kevin is the Principal Architect on a variety of ecclesiastical, commercial, institutional, multifamily, single family residential and industrial projects.
We emphasize a strong integration between the specific needs of our clients and the particular qualities of a site. We strive to maintain a balance between each client's lifestyle or business, appropriate technologies, energy efficiency, and budget constraints. We believe in listening to our clients, implementing thoughtful designs, and conforming to an estimated construction cost.

We provide a full range of architectural services from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. We are committed to staying involved throughout the construction process regardless of the scope of the project. Our continued involvement in projects allows us to best serve our clients by fielding all correspondence and coordinating with the contractor to ensure a well-constructed project that complies with the Contract Documents.
