We specialize in the finest, authentic European and French oak. Widths are available from 3" to 16" wide. Our planks can be up to 15 feet long! We bring with us installation expertise to make the floor perform in a dry Colorado climate. From knowing the right adhesive to correct nailing patters to proper acclimation, we got it covered.

We can't say enough about our beautiful new Brazilian Cherry floors in our family room, upstairs landing and stairs! Ivan is a consummate craftsman and worked diligently to make them perfect. His work ethic was amazing, working as long as needed to get the job done in time for our move to Greenwood Village. When our painter painted the stair risers he mentioned that he'd never seen such a perfect job on stairs, making the risers easy to paint. We highly recommend Ivan and this company!

We recently purchased a home that had some serious wear and tear on the wood floors. Needed to refinish and install wood where carpet previously was. James and his team were incredible! Extremely responsive and were able to fit us in when we needed the work done. The lace in between the two rooms was perfect. Highly recommend for any small or big project needed.

The things that impressed me about the Flooring Artists were the quick response, complete and timely answering of questions and reasonable pricing. The floors were 100+ years old and I am completely satisfied with how they turned out. Ivan and Alex were on time, hard workers and made excellent repairs on these old floors. I definitely recommend them to people looking to re-do their hardwood floors!

I bought a condo in February that had hard wood floors, but they were ugly & needed a refinish. I wanted something unique. James went over multiple options. My floors were sanded down & a few samples were done di I could get an idea of the result. I had a custom color (gray) done using Pallman Magic oil. The floors are beautiful & not something anyone else has. It is a very natural look & feels great under foot. It is also easy to care for. It is everything I hoped for. We just had our White Oak floors refinished and they did an excellent job. They are perfectionists and will return to the project if you spot even the smallest flaw. They work clean, are respectful of property and in fact you can leave to run errands or go to work knowing they are trustworthy. I would use them again.

The high rating online is well deserved. James, Ivan, and Alex were all professional, considerate, efficient, honest and worked to make sure I was happy with their work.
We originally we're only going to sand down our wood floors and add a protective coat to the natural wood but we found that after sanding, the wood had some damage that the dark stain was covering up. The team worked with me and my schedule to find a stain that hid that damage while still being significantly lighter than our almost black brown floors from before.

We used James and his team to replace all of the wood floors on the main floor (due to water damage). The job was around 2400 square ft and we replaced Brazilian Cherry with Homerwood Hickory.
James and his team were amazing. The bid and ordering process were smooth and transparent- no surprises and some great advice that really helped make the final product exceptional.
Tearing out and installing new wood floors is a messy, dusty project but EVERY day when the team finished up they vacuumed and cleaned up everything.

We recently used the services of The Flooring Artists for the second time. We bought a new home that we did some remodeling on and required replacement of damaged engineered flooring planks. Eugene and Constantine did an amazing job given what had to be done. I wish I could post pictures for you.
Imagine 4 rectangular holes each 1.5 x 2.5 feet in the floor (pillars were removed). They had to figure out which boards to take out and how long so that the floor would look "normal" with the rest of the room. The flooring has some variation plank to plank that they had to deal with and choose

I can say enough good things about The Flooring Artists. They installed about 400 sf of new wood floor and laced it in to an existing room. They then sanded and stained all 800 sf with a water based Bona stain. James and his team were very professional, and kept us informed through the whole process. They kept the work area very clean throughout the process. They were very patient as we selected a color, which was in all honesty the most difficult part of this job. We are more than thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend this business.

If we could give 10 stars we would! Ask yourself why "Artist" is in the name of this firm. It's because there is so much more to finishing hardwood than simply sanding and applying finish and these guys are truly "artists"! James and Ivan have the experience, knowledge, and know-how to deliver the professional results you're looking for especially if you have a unique species of hardwood like we do that requires some additional expertise. Overall, the floors look great. It's unfortunate that one spot and bad communication ruined the experience. There was a hole in the laundry area that they filled with wood putty. It wasn't flat and looked bad so I contacted the owner. He's pretty responsive and I heard nothing back that day. So I emailed the next day asking "what can be done to fix the hole." His response was it shrunk and that the "guys told me they didn't worry about much because it's exactly where dryer is. It won't cover it?" The response didn't really sit well with me

This is my second floor refinishing and installing experience. The flooring artist brings an amount of professionalism to floors that I have never seen before. I have used Denver Dustless before and thought they did a good job. But nothing compared to the flooring artist. James came to my house and mentioned some very important pieces he recommended doing to improve the ascetics of the floors. I had a couple other flooring companies over to give quotes, and none of them mentioned what James noticed. His team replaced a small section of the floor which was poorly installed by the previous owners
