This is my second experience with PlumbV Inc. Keith is a masterful plumber who is quickly able to diagnose and repair any variety of plumbing related issues. Earlier this year he replaced my 20+ year old water heater with ease. Today he diagnosed a complicated leaking issue with my shower (which had been created by a botched shower spigot replacement done a few months ago by a handyman) and fixed the issue within an hour. Neil, and PlumbV provided quick, excellent service in repairing a leak under my kitchen sink. Following my frantic call, PlumbV was able to squeeze me in the next day! Neil arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly. Although a temporary fix due to having to custom order a part, Neil was upfront with cost for an immediate fix that I desperately needed. We had a major pipe repair that needed to be done. Being new to the area, we weren't sure who to call. $145 to spend 1 minute to determine that my dishwasher needed to be replaced and 10 minutes trying and failing to figure out how to replace the cartridge in my bathroom faucet. To top it off tried to up-sell $250 to install a new dishwasher saying the $145 would come out of that. PlumbV used to be good, but looks like it's time to move on...

Friendly service from Richard. Two new shower valves and trim kits function just fine, but I do not recommend PlumbV due to the fact that the tub spout they installed is totally crooked and looks bad. The base plate that should sit flush with the shower wall has a gap of three-eighths of an inch on one side (that's how crooked the spout is coming out of the wall!). Nothing is perfect, so one-eighth or so would be acceptable-- but three-eighths? That's a big gap on one side and a very crooked spout. Visually, it just looks bad.

Matt and Plumb V are the bombdiggity. They've done a few jobs for my business over the years and are always prompt and professional. Today they blew me away though. I had a ceiling tile collapse in a bathroom due to a leaky pressure tank. My regular handyman failed to show. I called Plumb V. I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough. Matt's diagnostic skills bordered on the magical. I'd call him the Dr. House of plumbing but the pun is too obvious. After a disappointing encounter with another plumber we called Matt. He figured out a systemic issue and skillfully and quickly attended to it. He fixed the problem honestly and efficiently without looking for ways to jack up the price. Look no further; this is your go-to plumber.

PlumbV is amazing, and we've used them twice now. First, we had them install our bathroom plumbing when we finished our basement and they did a great job. The second time, we still had their number around for when a shower in another part of the house wouldn't turn off. When we called them, they were responsive and very understanding. They made room for us, and were at our house quickly with the exact right part to fix the problem. Each time, the person they sent was professional and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, their rates are extremely fair.

Replaced a shower handle and cartridge for a shower that would not turn all the way off. Service was capable if a bit unfriendly, and a day later than we were originally told. At $275, the charge seemed high to me. When I asked how it broke down the technician said the cartridge alone cost $75, but every model from that manufacturer that I find on line sells for less than $50 and in some cases considerably less. The invoice he subsequently sent me did not break down the cost by parts and labor, just a single charge of $275. Got the job done, but I would not use again.
