Eric, Alex and Ryan are grew up and continue to live in Columbia City, South Seattle. Our collective backgrounds in cabinetry, carpentry, industrial design and edible landscaping combined to form Columbia City Custom, a family business that cares about community, culture and craftsmanship. For 1-2 day home repairs we bill for time and materials ($70/hr per person).
This allows us to start your job as soon as possible, and charge you only for job-site hours. All work will be finished as efficiently as possible without compromising our commitment to quality work. Due to the amount of non-billable hours in a small job, the minimum final invoice is $500. Set up an appointment for us to come see your project and discuss the cost with you.
If it seems like a good fit we will create an estimate for you and once it is agreed upon we will add you to our work schedule. We took this kitchen down to the bones and built it back up again. Removing a wall to open the space, redesigning the layout, building custom cabinets, re-tiling the floors and doing all the finishing touches.
