My wife and I had recently purchased a house and wanted to have new tile installed. We contacted Carlson tile after being recommended by a major tile distributor. What a great recommendation! The owner was wonderful to work with, he and his people were always prompt, on time and did a beautiful job installing rectified edge ceramic plank flooring (not the easiest to install). It looks wonderful and we just love the new floor and positive experience with this company! We highly recommend them!

Hired Carlson to do some tile work in my residence. The owner, Arne, hired an independent tile installer, who was great and did a really nice job. Although Arne nickel and dimes me for everything. The problem came when Arne offered to handle our re-carpeting. Not being licensed for carpeting install, he hired a licensed independent carpet installer. The contractor did a lousy job. Specifically they didn't put the pad in correctly. They should have put the pad all the way to the tack boards, but they cut it too short so the pad was about 4 inches away from the tack boards all around each room
