Go to any other dealership besides Bell Ford, this was the worst customer service I have ever received, extremely rude receptionist in the service department refusing to schedule an appt for my truck for diagnostic test for a warning light that came on. She stated that even with an appt I had to drop my truck off for "3-4 days" just for a diagnosis of what was causing the warning light, that did not include repair time and I was on my own for a rental car!!! As I try and understand why this is the case the receptionist began heavy sighing and repeating the same thing over and over again

We had the worst experience here with our Fusion. After nearly 2 weeks of messing around with the service dept. we picked up the car and took to another dealership. Spoke with them at least 4 times, only to be strung along until they admitted they did not have manpower to get to the repair! So frustrated!!!

Cliff Notes: Missing Service Writers, No Communication, Forgot or Didn't Care to mention unperformed service, and a very premature 'Dealer recommended service schedule' that puts $$$ services TENS of THOUSANDS of miles early.
Finding a reputable dealership is not an easy task. I'd keep looking before selecting Bell Ford.

This place is so bad The f150 truck I bought here in 2017 is still under warranty. I gave them the car on Friday and told Mason that I need to know if my warranty is covered before your inspection. Then I contacted them again this morning to make sure the warranty cover is checked. they told they will .But they called me this afternoon and said that the inspection is finished and your warranty is not covered i need pay $200 for just inspection. I bought a new car here and spent $3000 to buy an extended warranty. They didn't even cover the car for Coolant leaks?No one can trust this

Horrible customer service! My girlfriend dropped her vehicle off at 7AM on Friday and picked it back up on Saturday at 9AM since it still had not been even looked at. Not even a phone call or anything, this place is horrible! I called Brakes Plus on Bell and Tatum and they took it in immediately and called her with in an hour of what the issue was and the cost of repairs which was way less than Bell Ford since they require a $200 diagnosis fee before they even look at it! Do your self a favor and avoid Bell Ford Service Department.

What to say about bell ford. Well for starters Robert Noland was an amazing help! He was very patient and understood the budget I had in mind. We took three cars for a spin and he was very knowledgeable on each vehicle we were in. Than there's Adam Demaio, the finance man with a plan. He was a great help as well with helping us understand the warranty we got with the vehicle, the gap coverage and everything in between. I will definitely be sending anyone and everyone their way! Ask for Robert noland. I promise you won't be disappointed!

My review is only on the service dept. Try calling them. They will just hang up??? When I did get my car serviced booked online they did a terrible job. The only things I wanted done was a tire air check, tire rotation and oil and filter replacement. I intentionally left one tire low right before I got there, so I knew if they did the job or not. Nope! Hopefully they changed the oil! Lol.

These people are nothing but liars. I was lied to about the tire and service maintenance. When I got home I realized the individual who sold it to me lied so I went back because they told me it was fully refundable. I filled out the refund paperwork. It was conveniently lost. Took over four months and many phone calls and emails to finally get my money back.
They force you to purchase their Ultra Guard (it's part of the purchase price). Then when you schedule your service, they don't bother to tell you they don't do the Ultra Guard on Saturdays. I drove close to an hour both ways

We had taken our Ford engine Motorhome to several places including two other Ford dealerships and none of them could figure out how to do the oil change we needed. Everyone at Bell were so nice and took really good care of us and our Motorhome. We had a service light come on a while back but it went away, so we had them run diagnostics but when they found nothing there was no charge We also felt the charge for the oil change was very reasonable. Thanks everyone!

I recently took my F-150 in to have 2 recalls taken care of. I had a scheduled appointment and was greeted immediately with professionalism and a smile. My disappointment came when I was told they would have my truck 5 days due to parts. I booked my appointment 5 weeks in advance so parts could be ordered and the time at the dealership would be only a day or two at most. I asked for a loaner car which they did not have. I was leaving on vacation in 2 days and this was a major inconvenience. Because my vacation was 2 weeks long they had to hold it for me so there was no rush to get the work done

Made an appointment for recall service. When the appointment was made I handed the keys to David and he said it would be a couple of days to get the work done, this was on a Wednesday. I called on Saturday to check on the vehicle, because I had not heard anything, but service was closed. No service on Sunday. So I called back on Monday to find out the disposition of my car. I was informed by David that the car wasn't ready but should be by Wednesday. Now a week has gone by. I have made all the calls to check on my car (which I use to get to work), no updates from Bell Ford. On Wednesday

I am always pleased with the service department at Bell Ford. My service advisor, Lyle, and the technician working on my car were extremely efficient. I was in and out within an hour. Talked to paul suazo as I was looking to see a f150 lariat and king ranch was told both were in stock and ready to see. When I got there they found another salesman to "help" me, who says "so what are you looking for" you are kidding me? You just wasted 45 mins of my time each way when you had neither to show me. Yes, inventory is tight currently but lying is not acceptable.
What did they think that they were going to sweet talk me into buying 70k truck by starting out lying to me to get me in the door? Living up to the typical car sales reputation. Avoid.

For a car dealership this place is awesome! I've been coming here to buy cars and get my car worked on for the last several years. The sales people here don't pressure you the second you walk in like most other dealerships do. I recommend talking Robert if you want to buy a car. Super chill, laid back guy, and very knowledgeable. The service department is also good although they are usually a little bit backed up so I definitely recommend calling ahead and getting an appointment. Well, back in December, I had a best car buying experience with Bell Ford, yesterday, I had the WORST Service Department experience at Bell Ford. I had made an appointment to get my one COMPLIMENTERY oil change that I was promised when I bought the truck. When I get there, my name could not be found on the list. The kid with the clipboard said that I would be taken care of even though my name was not on his list. So I used to own a Buick and there service department was top notch. I haven't been as impressed with Ford. I'd just started a new job recently and my battery died in a parking lot of CVS. After receiving a jump I was told I should replace the battery right away. I took it to Bell Rd and explained what time I had to be at work and was told it shouldn't be a problem. Well as it turned out I wasn't given correct info and sure enough had to throw a fit and alert my bosses I wouldn't be on time.
I appreciated the free snack bar since I didn't have time for any dinner

I own a commercial construction company and recently purchased an F550 with approximately 4500 miles on it. The front tires are coming apart and the rubber on the tread is literally chipping off. The service department tells us that it's because we drove the truck on a gravel road and that the tires are safe.
The service director stated that even though the tires were replaced before under warranty he is new there and won't honor the warranty or address the safety issue.
We now have a vehicle on the road that is unsafe and will now need to deal with ford directly.

TLDR: They crashed my car while replacing the battery and didn't bother to tell me. They tried to do "customer service" by asking they could redeem themselves, and then ignoring my response. Oh, and they reported the damage to CarFax.
Took my car to get a battery replacement here since the car is under Ford's warranty. Thought to myself, no big deal, shouldn't take more than a few hours, maybe a day. The dealership isn't too far from my house and they probably know how to change a car battery since AAA did it in my garage in under 20 minutes.
