Your Service Technician, Humberto, just serviced our two Lennox A/C units. He arrived on time, did a very thorough and professional job. He did work no other technician has done on previous service calls. We have had annual maintenance agreements with Air Commanders since 2019 and he is the best! Please designate him as our permanent A/C technician and we'll continue to contract for annual maintenance!

My system was serviced by Umberto Lopez. He was very prompt in arriving and informing me of what he would be doing. He then proceeded to inspect the garage unit and explained the benefits of installing a light which kills unwanted build-up of certain unhealthy molds and fungus in the system. I thanked him for the information and indicated that at this time I had to pass on the offer. Umberto very politely dropped the subject, for which I was grateful and proceeded with his work. When complete he returned to inform me that everything was find and had me sign a receipt of completion and said goodbye

I had Air Commander’s Heating and Air Conditioning service my AC system. I am happy with their service. The technician, Michael, was on time. He was courteous, respectful, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and asked several times if I had any questions about my system or his work. I am a repeat customer of Air Commander’s and would not use another company to service my unit. This is the first time Michael has worked on my AC (and the first time I met him), but in the future, I will ask for him when I set up the next semi-annual service.

Terrible customer service!! The technician lied twice, once to us and once on his report to the office. He charged us $105 for a part that is covered under warranty and the company refuses to reimburse us. I verified with the manufacturer that our unit is under warranty and we should only pay for the service charge for installing the part, they confirmed the company is fully compensated for the part. I have a copy of the conversation from the manufacturer. The so-called parts manager at Air Commander offered to reimburse me $15 out of the $105 they over charged. He also told me it was my fault
