Joseph Sfeir, AIA NCARB founded Sfeir Architects in 2002 and has been in practice since 1986 at Kideney Architects, Eason Earl and RTKL. Specializing in healthcare, Mr. Sfeir has experience which spans both the public and private sectors. Project types which he has led include hospitals, outpatient facilities, corporate office buildings, retail, religious facilities, institutional, hospitality, historic preservation, and residential.
He is a licensed Architect in the states of California, South Carolina and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana, School of Architecture. Mr. Sfeir employs a team of highly trained professional staff members and consultants.

Sfeir Architects designed this 1,592 square foot bi-plane aniography suite from feasibility study through construction. The project converts an existing film files storage area into a bi-plane angiography suite which will provide bi-plane x-ray imaging technology for diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures.
Sfeir Architects created this highly functional, 5,780-square foot urgent care facility located next to the new, state of the art Tri-city Wellness Center, which provides the urgent care facility with maximum exposure to the community. The facility contains two treatment bays, five exam/ treatment rooms, a radiology room, a lab, and a drug testing screening area.
The design of this modern 40,000 square foot office building, housing corporate offices, a cafeteria, an exercise room, and an enclosed garage reflects the company's fast-paced style and forward-looking vision. The elegant design includes an enclosed garage to protect users from the harsh northeastern elements, as well as exterior balconies that offer relaxed access to the beauty of the outdoor environment during fair weather.
This 30,000 square foot, three-story medical office building includes space for corporate, accounting, and training functions, as well as a pharmacy, equipment storage, and day care for staff children. A beautiful high atrium with floor-to-ceiling windows provides light and cheer, and stunning balconies create a playful, relaxed atmosphere.
