I own a local real estate brokerage and have seen many great projects from Kevin over the years. His houses definitely tend to sell for more upon resale relative to other architects. I would highly recommend Kevin. The other thing is Kevin knows everyone down at the city because he has been focused on Coronado for so long. That can be a huge advantage in terms of getting the project you want approved.
