So I called to ask more information about a vehicle and the person on the phone was very rude, I made an offer around 15% under the price, it was not even an offer, I was mainly talking about my budget because the salesperson asked how much it was and I thought they could have other vehicles that matches the budget, but then the guy on the phone started to be rude, saying that I should not call if I'm not willing to pay the published price (2 minutes ago he was saying that the price is negotiable), that before even I could finish what I was going to say, once he heard the -15% price, he freaked

Purchased a motor home with leaks in water system and gas heater not working, safety and appliance checks organized by dealer, did not pick up these faults. When asked to have repaired, dealer refused to provide any assistance or responsibility. Consumer affairs agreed that the dealer was liable for the repairs and contacted them to explain that they had not met Australian Consumer Laws but still they refused to refund the cost of repairs, even though the repairs were negotiated at a good price by ourselves. The dealer has been given many opportunities to rectify through conversations with ourselves

Very disappointed ! Extremely rude. I am a gas engineer/plumber. I was looking for a small work van when I came across this yard.
Little did they know I spent 2 years in India living with my wife’s family. I speak fluent Indian and could understand them speaking about me. They made extreme comments about my weight. ( I’m 118kg ) and was making comments in Hindi that it looks as though I got no money. Very disappointed. !!!

Took a car a test drive for which they took down my details for. Then a day later contacted me to see my thoughts.
After mentioning on the phone that I'd prefer not to be called and I'd call them if and when I've decided. The guy then called me back immediately and went on to abuse me over the phone of which I reiterated for my details to be removed from their system. Because I took something for a test drive they believe that gives them the right to hold on to my details and further pressure people into purchasing. Funnily enough we were interested in buying the van, but the service put us off
