We live in a large six bedroom house in Carmel Valley. We did a ton of research for different floor places and this place turned out to be the best. The workers were very respectful. My husband and I are pretty crazy when it comes to details being perfect. They went out of their way to do all the little extra things that we needed. And the owners of this business are also wonderful people to work with. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience with click-on floors. Eric was fair and honest with his quote and while explaining the benefits and limitations of the LVP flooring. Mona was very responsive with all of our questions and made the planning and purchasing process a smooth one. Ruben and his crew did an excellent job with the demo and install. They were all very polite and professional throughout the process, and listened to all of our requests and followed through on everything. We had them do a more complicated diagonal design and it came out great. Would definitely use them again and will refer to friends

What an amazing experience we had with ClickonFloors. We purchased from them an absolutely beautiful flooring 11 years ago but didn't have their team install it. 11 years later, after changing houses, we decided to go back and see what they currently have and how they could help us. We picked Maple Barley Ale Alehouse collection from Johnson Hardwood and purchased it in August of last year with them practically giving us the best price. We thought we would be installing it within 2 months after the purchase but our remodeling got pushed, delayed and got complicated so we couldn't. Eric

As you could see, my stairs is a tough circle kind, to have a peace of mind, I asked for help from Clickonfloors referred by several friends. Our first floor has natural oak flooring over 10 yrs, fortunately Mona and Eric helped to find the most matching materials quickly, then Eric and his assistant Ryan worked really hard by measuring, cutting and installing piece by piece with exact angles to match the existing circle and tread board, it's really amazing beautiful job done! Also, the job took more time and effort than initially estimated, but they kept their initial quote, what a professionalism

We had them install floors a few months back and they were BEAUTIFUL. But them we had a water leak and they were ruined. The insurance said that the wood used was no longer available. We were sad, but then we talked to Mona about how sad we were and she was able to acquire the same wood!!! Our floors are back and look as gorgeous as the first time!!! They are so good, we used them twice for the same floor.

We are so thrilled with our new floors from Clickonfloors. Mona helped us choose from their vast collection of samples, and we cis ouldn't be happier with the selection. We chose "Nightingale" from their SPC Collection that is both beautiful and very durable. Eric came out within a few days to measure and confirm all the details and soon after the old carpets were taken out and our beautiful new floors were installed by a team of courteous professionals. Everyone was extremely COVID compliant, and was well worth the extra charge to help to move the furniture as they installed

Most people do a lot of research and shopping around for things like this...and sometimes I wish we were those people, but as parents with limited hours in a day- sometimes you just have to go with your gut (and also trust the community of yelpers). It doesn't always work out, but in this case it really did.

It was the best experience working with them. The scheduling, installation, and follow-up was a seamless and easy process. We constantly have people compliment us on the carpet and how plush it is. In addition, it was the cheapest out of many stores on Miramar that we were looking at. Definitely recommend!

Mona's in-store customer service is excellent. She isn't pushy at all. We took our time to browse around. Ryan claimed he's one of the best installers under Eric/Mona. I'm not disappointed at all. Excellent wood floor workmanship. He even came back the 2nd time to repair for free. I really regretted giving the bathroom floor job to another company.

This was our first flooring project in San Diego and we were having a hard time finding a flooring company that would give us confidence into moving forward with such an investment. Eric and Mona are the owners and do a fantastic job at following up and making sure everything goes smooth.
