So I contracted with SA Outdoor Living LLC with Robert to build a pavilion with a small restroom attached. We contracted in February 2021, and I had to fire SA Outdoor Living LLC managed by Robert on 4 November 2021 for the following reasons.
Failure to keep client informed. I would go days to weeks without a response to a question or concern. The only real time I've seen Robert, who manages and owns SA Outdoor Living LLC, in a hurry was when he needed me to pay for the next task in the project (e.g., foundation pour, framing)

If there was a zero rating they would get it. If you want a company that is unreliable, does poor quality work, almost never on time, argumentative, rude, and flat out lies, this is the one! They were hired by my pool company to replace grass, trees, and place flagstone. First they missed appointments and told me that all nurseries were out of zoysia. I picked up the phone and immediately found some. They didn’t bring enough and then tried to finish it with St. Augustine. When I pointed out it was different grass Robert argued with me. I had to find additional zoysia. I felt sorry for his team
