Dan was phenomenal ! Checked my entire system, as well as the attic- we only wanted one “warm” room checked. He gave us a couple of suggestions, but while he was here, he tweaked the system a little, and the problem was solved! This is after 2 other companies and over 2000 dollars spent had failed!

Very frustrating process dealing with you. There’s no clarity in any of the processes. You are not coordinated on the different touch points you have with clients.
Want to reiterate you are in the trust business as you are the experts on AC and should provide confidence and clarity to your clients. They charged $95 for the first visit with the promise that it may be used in future services. When trying to use them, they refuse to apply the $95 arguing that it’s only on repairs and not on additional services.

A/C went out Saturday afternoon did not know who to call so I took a chance and called PROTOCOOL, from the first phone call with Lori she said they would be out that evening. Tech Justin came out about 7:30 worked even in the dark fixed the problem in no time. Both were very professional and customer service was the best. Pricing was the best I've experienced in an emergency, PROTOCOOL has earned a life time customer thank you both so much. I would highly recommend this company.

We thought it was a serious company. We decided to change our A/C coil which had a defect and was under warranty. We agree previously in the payment terms and amount. Today the technician came, disarmed the air, which was working, and detected that the tray that was replaced by them 2 months ago was broken. They told us we had to pay an additional $200 for that part that they installed previously and was defective. We did not agree and they decided not to do the job and told the technician to leave and left my A/C disarmed, not working and they did not want to put it as they found and left my house

This company is a TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD!
If something is broken they will document on their report as “replaced and fixed” but in reality what they are doing is glueing the broken piece together and charging for a new one. Of course, it is a revolving scheme because you end up paying double for a complete broken piece.

Laurie from scheduling did an excellent job in scheduling my service to fit my needs. Rikki was professional and polite. Rikki explained to me what he would do to evaluate my A/C systems needs and showed me the results of his evaluation. All A/C maintenance was performed to my complete satisfaction. I have used other A/C companies in the past that have disappointed me. Glad to have made the choice to go with PROTOCOOL.
