We had a terrible experience here today. The sales person was unable to answer questions so we asked to speak with finance. The person from finance we talked to did not like being questioned and just got up and walked away while making rude comments. I work in customer service and if I or any of my co workers spoke to anybody like that we would be fired on the spot but it seems this company doesn’t care about customer service. If your not handing them money they don’t want to even talk to you. This dealership could use a complete overhaul from appearance to staff.

Dutch Miller is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. The customer service department is awesome. When I got there for a service call they informed me that the car had a recall and that it would take 2 - 3 hours and offered me a ride home and back through Uber. I live in Gastonia and that's no short ride, 30 minutes plus. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS DUTCH MILLER I APPRECIATE YOU.

I brought my mother’s car in and received exceptional service. I was offered an Uber so I didn’t have to wait while I had other scheduled appointments. Tito, the Sales Advisor provided professional, great customer service. The consistent communication via text/as well as by phone on servicing/recommended services, was also a major plus. It's rare to receive great service at a car dealership. I did today at Dutch Miller Kia. It was my first visit and I did not buy my vehicle at this dealership. I came in with the nebulous description "the engine sounds rough." The service manager checked in with me 2 times to give me updates and determine which next steps I wanted to take and what the charges might be depending on the outcome. The mechanic figured it out, a simple quart of oil and the engine quieted down. With the vehicle topping 5 years and over 60k miles, I left with the recommendation to change oil every 3500

Classic car dealership. They acted like they were my best friend throughout the buying experience but once the car was off the lot it was an uphill battle. The car was sold with defects that were brought to their attention and they said would be fixed, however, for weeks i tried to get a hold of them when they were not fixed and they were of no help. They claimed the problem was fixed due to them saying they technically did what was asked even though were clearly misconstruing my words in a way that was obviously intentional. I didn't purchase my Kia here, but I do get it serviced here every single time. So, this review is ONLY for the Service Department as that is all I've experienced at this location.

I've always experienced great, friendly, professional, and very helpful service here. I've had the luck to always deal with the lady in the service department desk. I forget her name, even though she has give it to me at least three times. Regardless, she's pretty much the reason this is a 5 star review.

BE CAREFUL!! This location is use to dealing with people with lower credit scores, this is from the mouth of a salesmen. I went to 2 other dealership prior to this one. I told them that I would be leasing. This is the only location that decided to run my credit and search for financing. I permitted for only a credit run. If you go here, come with check in hand or inform them to not run for financing. Also, this location will not work with you. They are used to bad credit that they seem to be use to people accepting high car notes with high interest. Even after I stated that I will get a vehicle

I am not happy with my service at this dealership. My car has now had 3 windows replaced. Each time I swear it has been an experience. This last one took me over the edge. I took my car in so they would see what was wrong with it. Once getting my car back with the broken window, they had the wrong oil tag sticker. They didn't have the part so they had to order it. The lady stated they would have the part by Thursday but to wait to bring my car in. I finally get a call in the afternoon saying the part arrived that morning. I called to set up an appointment and the first available was Monday

While searching for a new Kia Sorento to replace the 15 year old one we loved so much, we found one we wanted on the Dutch Miller web site. My wife called them and offered cash in the amount listed only asking a towing package being included at our expense. The sales rep was agreeable and said he would call back in 5 minutes after talking to the sales manager. TWO DAYS LATER, she called again after not receiving the promised call back and talked with the sales rep for a few minutes. He said he would call back in 5 minutes. I'm new to Charlotte and this is my first time dealing with a service center outside of where I bought my Kia in Tennessee. I'm not going to post much on here, but simply ask other yelpers if they would recommend another dealership/service center in the Charlotte area? 1st off, I've had nothing but problems with my 2012 Kia Optima & will never purchase a KIA again.

As if car trouble wasn't enough of a hassle. This place will always waste your time & money. The 1st Time I came to this location for a safety recall, I was bombarded by salesmen, who offered me a great deal, & it turned out to be a scam & waste of time.

I guess I didn't learn my lesson... I attempted making an appointment but no one in maintenance answered, someone in sales took a message & no one ever got back to me. So I decided to just walk in, because my check
