Audi Northlake
Audi Northlake is Your Local Full-Service Charlotte Audi Dealership for the A4, Q5, Q7, Q8 and more. Audi Northlake was founded in 2014, but we hit the ground running--and since then, our local Charlotte dealership has grown to be a true part of the community, serving the Lake Norman, Huntersville, Mooresville, Waxhaw, Concord, Cornelius areas and beyond.

We are a member of the Hendrick Automotive Group, with a passion for winning and a commitment to client satisfaction and enthusiasm. Explore online to learn a little more about us and browse our expansive inventory.

We offer a large selection of new 2021 Audi cars and SUVs for sale, as well as dozens of exceptional pre-owned vehicles; as a member of Hendrick Auto, we also offer access to the group's full pre-owned inventory of over 10,000 used cars, trucks, and SUVs.Whether you've found the perfect vehicle on our lot, or halfway across the country, the team at Audi Northlake can help you get your hands on it, and get the best prices and financing rates.
Services
Our Charlotte new and used Audi dealership operates out of a facility that spans more than 53,000 square feet, offers 20 state-of-the-art service bays for maintenance and repairs, and tracks over 200 new and pre-owned Audi sedans, wagons, coupes, and SUVs on our five-acre dealer lot.
As the largest privately-held automotive dealership group in the country, Hendrick Automotive offers more resources, more ways to buy, and more financing power to our drivers. If you're sick of the typical dealership experiences in Charlotte, Huntersville, Concord, and Lake Norman, and you just want to shop the best new Audi models, in an environment that's tailored to you, then Audi Northlake should be destination #1.
In 2008, Kristen Bowen joined the Hendrick family as a receptionist at Hendrick Mini in Charlotte. She was quickly promoted to a sales advisor role where her warm demeanor, paired with determination, wit, and hard work led her to become a top sales advisor there. In 2014, she was hand-selected to help open Audi Northlake and has been an incredible leader in each of her management roles.
All prices and offers are before state, city and county tax, tag, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All prices and offers include all rebates and incentives which the dealer retains unless otherwise specifically provided.
But, while location is key, proximity shouldn't be your only reason for choosing an auto dealership to work with. For leasing or financing, scheduling service, comparing new cars, or even just buying auto parts, being able to trust and be confident in the dealer team is just as important as being able to trust and be confident in the brand of car that you drive.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Mark Johnson at Audi Northlake. I needed to replace an Audi that was totaled and we were able to find me an upgraded Audi within the same color scheme! If you are in the hunt for a new Audi, I highly recommend reaching out to Mark! He will get the job done and was absolutely a pleasure to work with from beginning to end!

Excellent service advisor - Bradley Caldwell. This gentleman made himself available to help process my car for pickup after completion of servicing after more than an hour and half after their offices closed at 3:30pm on a Saturday. I had drove up from South End in the city after running errands all day thinking that they would be open until 5pm. I had gotten there right about 4:50pm or so. I was so disappointed to see that their offices closed at 3:30pm. I came up to the door and noticed Brad inside closing up. Instead of just motioning me they were closed, he came to the door, opened it and asked

I had a great experience at Audi Northlake! When I received a recall notification, I knew I didn't want to drive all the way to Audi Charlotte (seeing as I have a lease & I'm being conscious of my miles!). Audi Northlake is a nice dealership with friendly, knowledgeable service staff & a fantastic waiting room area. Snacks, gourmet coffee machine, ice cream, soft drinks, & water while you wait. Plus more waiting room upstairs!
While the recall took quite some time, I was able to utilize the Wi-Fi & a conference room for quiet time.

Just purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi Charlotte. Audi Northlake had the car I wanted with just the right features. Tried to get a price for them for five days and asked for an out the door price five times by email and text message. Got a complete runaround. The phone system wasn't working and after ringing a dozen times it just said this number is not in service. Called the service department and finally got connected to the operator and asked for the GM, Kristen to call me. She had sent an email asking how my experience was which I am sure was a form letter. I told her I was having trouble

Coach Williams was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating in our search for a new Audi. He was, hands down, the best car purchasing experience ever!

We just had a PHENOMENAL experience at Northlake Audi. If your local, and looking for a new vehicle, I'd highly recommend this dealership... especially the salesman we got to work with, Rhyle Scott was fantastic. He was the perfect amount of knowledgeable without being pushy. I've already called two friends getting ready shop for vehicles and told them to visit Rhyle. He even put a bow on the car for my birthday... excellent job going the extra mile.

Another terrible Hendrick experience. They flattened my tire!

I scheduled a 30k mile service appointment 2 weeks in advance and wasn't offered a loaner so I dropped my car off using the early drop box. I called three times throughout the day and was sent to voicemail with no return call. I finally called around 2pm and insisted to speak to someone at the dealership and was transferred to Brad. He informed me they had no record of my car being there at the dealership.

I drove to the dealership and spoke to service manager Gary Burke and he casually states he didn't check the early drop

Took my newly owned 16 Q5 in because the european dealer I bought it from had overfilled the oil and the light kept coming on telling me to add more. They're an hour away so I requested a loaner just in case thinking I didn't need it. When I got there at lunch Jason Leake said they didn't do diagnostics or whatever on Saturdays anyway (They weren't closing for another 3 hours) and someone would probably drive it home to test. One good thing that other people have had issues with according to these reviews was loaner cars. They had at least 4 lined up and I had my pick of black

I purchased a CPO 2019 A6 with 10,763 miles April 30, 2020. The vehicle has the 48V mild hybrid system and has been in the shop twice, once for a software update and most recently a electrical system malfunction. Audi Northlake has had my vehicle for going on two weeks with no resolution. They have not a clue what is wrong with the electical system. They do not respond when you leave messages asking for an update, when you do get a hold of them they make you feel like you are bothering them. They do not explain anything that makes you feel like they care about your problem. I am going to hire a

I had a wonderful experience this past week purchasing my first Audi at Audi Northlake! I worked with Stephen Duty, who took the time to walk me through vehicle specifications and showed me various options to help me reach my final decision. Stephen has a great sense humor and was very easy to talk to. Nothing like the stereotypical pushy car salesperson, which can be a huge turnoff.

There was a wait to discuss financing and complete the actual purchase, but Stephen was kind enough to not only offer to order me dinner, but also picked it up himself and stuck around until the purchase was complete

Incompetent jerks,. Once the ink dries on your purchase. your on your own. Oh and the extras you pay for at the end. Yeah. They are useless. They don't stand behind any of the additional warranty's.

I've purchased many new cars over the number of years that I'd prefer not to think about. Audi Northlake was the first car purchase that was actually fun. From the first day that I walked in there through taking delivery yesterday, I was made to feel valued and appreciated.
My sales advisor, Nick Gilman, was thorough and presented all my options not to make a sale but so that I had all the information to purchase the car that my wants and needs He doesn't sell cars; he assesses what you're looking for, what's important, and what's not.

This was a very disappointing place to do business with. First off we tried to buy a car and they kept coming up empty even for those listed as on their lot. Bait and switch it appears as the cars are still listed several weeks later.
Second bad new car experience, the rep wouldn't call around to see if our preference was available locally (it was so we ended up buying it from somebody else who was better oriented to the customers satisfaction). And when he did find a car, he said we would have to pay for it being delivered again although the quote included a delivery charge already!

Audi of Northlake's service department has been good to me. I bought my pre owned vehicle from somewhere else, came in to get my recall work done immediately. They gave me an A5 loaner for the day, and upon returning advised me that my car was a good purchase and I shouldn't have any problems. There was one recall that I'd have to return for because they didn't have a part. Think it was something in the airbag.

Came back months later for the other service and my mile based maintenance. Got a Q5 loaner for a long weekend because the work that needed to be done required extensive

Pleasantly surprised on the level of service and value.

The grandkids gave me gift cards for a remote start for my Audi for Christmas and I'm just now getting around to having in installed. This dealership does not do the installation but one of the things you need is a spare remote door lock and key which becomes part of the installation package.

When I bought the car, we could not find the second key so we bought another one and had both programmed the same but another Audi dealer in Charlotte. Later found the second key but because it's mate had been changed, it would not work.
