All of our technicians are GDS certified to fix your garage door. We also can repair sections or panels so you won't have to replace your entire garage door.

The best Garage door company I have ever seen. Absolutely professional, very courteous and they are extremely competitive, when it comes to pricing. They don't up sell. They are very very honest folks. I had a issue with my garage. Chris came over this afternoon to my residence in Danville. He is the most amazing person I have seen. He knew his stuff. Our garage door spring was broken and I inquired several garage door companies. B&C garbage door gave the best and honest price with no hidden fees. Chris came today and replaced the 4 springs. He said I can replace 2 or 4. It is up to me, no push. The service was fabulous, he also checked other parts of the door working well.

My home warranty does not cover broken torsion springs, but I still called the garage door company associated with my home warranty for their pricing. They informed me they would repair 4 springs for $900, 2 springs for $500, or single spring for $350. So, I decided to call around to check.
What I learned is that the pricing varies - but the "well-known" names that might advertise on TV tend to be generally high, not unlike the company associated with my home warranty company, and they " really encourage" you to replace all springs. Reading other yelp reviews for those companies

I am in Dublin and Chris came out to tighten my garage door spring and perform an inspection and do whatever maintenance that was needed. In talking through my garage door situation it was obvious that Chris had a wealth of knowledge. I left him to do his magic and he did a number of adjustments and maintenance and my 20 year old garage door operates more smoothly and quietly than ever. It is like having a new door.

I saw B & C on Yelp and remembered that I had used Chris's services at my previous house. I called his number and left a message and my call was returned within a few minutes. Fortunately he had just finished another job and was headed in my direction. Within an hour he had replaced my broken garage door spring, and the unbroken one as well (my suggestion). I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly he completed his work. With some adjustments and lubrication the automatic garage door operation was noticely more quiet. I won't need Chris's services again for several years

On Sunday the springs on my garage door broke. Bruce, the owner, returned my call later that evening and gave me a reasonable quote and said a technician could be at my house the following morning at 9:30. Chris arrived at 8:45 and was able to replace the springs and replace a couple of garage door braces as well in 30 minutes. Chris was super efficient and professional. I highly recommend B&C.

I have used them twice over 15 years. Each time they provided excellent service. This last time, I had someone at my house an hour after calling. The knowledgeable repairman came and had the repair done in a short time. Highly recommend.
update: after 23 years of service, my garage door opener died. for $525 I had it replaced. in under an hour, i had a wonderfully quiet garage door opener!
no way would I or should I try replacing that on my own. would almost cost that much just to buy the opener. Thanks!

This is the second time I've need garage door service and I can not say enough good things about Chris!!!
We have an older home (and older garage door)...the first time our coil broke. Chris came out that day and replaced them. He was very friendly and knew exactly what was going on.
Today was no different. Our cable came off and he noticed it was fraying. Chris replaced it and adjusted the garage door and got it up and running in no time. Again super friendly and knowledgeable.

The least professional company I've ever interacted with. Came out to repair our garage door and the repair man was exceptionally sensitive. She told him that the garage door was broken and you could simply lift it up by hand, which apparently was too difficult to handle. Got a call that we would need someone else because she was rude to the repair person.
Without being given any specific examples I was denied service by this company. Be very careful when calling them for help.

Thanks to my fellow Yelpers, I called B&C early today because of the disaster I called my garage door. We had Costco install it 14 years back, and we have had issues with it on and off. My husband was able to fix what he could and it held out - until today.
My husband had to rush off to work, so I manually closed the door. As I closed it, the bracket connecting the garage door to the motor almost entirely ripped off the door. (GASP!) I was in a panic, and obviously I don't want to get a new garage door since it still is a relatively young door!
