We recommend to keep traffic off of the carpet for a period of 6 hours. The home owner may use the carpet lightly immediately after cleaning by wearing the plastic booties we provide. The protecting blocks or plastic tabs must be in place at least for 24 hours before removing them to protect furrniture and carpet.

I have a home office and was dreading having someone come in to clean my carpets because I thought it would interfere with my day. To my surprise, the Five Star Carpet Service Team was in and out and I almost didn’t even notice they were here. They did a great job and even spent extra time on my high traffic areas. We have used Alex twice - once to deep clean wall to wall ivory berber carpet that has taken a beating with two boys and two dogs in the house -- and the second to clean upholstered furniture we actually intended to give away as we thought restoration impossible. He performed miracles both times - our carpet and furniture look like new! He was incredibly professional, arrived on time, was meticulous in his work. We used five star carpet service. One week they stretched all of the carpets in our home they did a wonderful job, very clean, very professional. The next week they deep cleaned all the carpets in our home. They did an excellent job very clean very professional. Fair reasonable pricing and high-quality work. We will be using them again in the future to clean our upholstered sofa. Highly recommend!

Alex is great at his business. He communicated precisely what he could do. He stretched our carpets and made minor repairs where needed. He removed slime stains and pet odors /stains plus treate the surface for future stains . My carpets look like the day they were installed. Alex and his crew are very professional. I recommend using him.

5 star stretched and thoroughly cleaned our carpets. They were on time and efficient. I'm so glad we decided not to completely replace our carpets, because after they were finished cleaning our carpets looked brand new at a great price. I will definitely be using this service again!
