First of all I have to say I didn't buy the car. However. This place is truly cool. The lot is packed and there are guys running around all over doing their thing. But they took time to honor a listing from credit karma and they did so with professionalism and a great attitude. I was totally surprised by the atmosphere and honest approach from the salespeople. There was no pressure sales and they even showed me how to save money through my credit union. I wish them the best and I hope more people go to these guys. Especially if it's your first buying experience. You will be surprised by the professionalism

Terrible place to buy a car! i bought my car in august of 2020, and in the process of getting a new one right now and found out they sold me a fake title, it’s actually salvaged and is a “loss car” it came with a bunch of issues that their “warranty” didn’t cover and my license/title took 4 months to come in because they “forgot” and i over paid for it by $4,000. They need to be shut down.

Their vehicles do not get checked to pass any inspections. They upcharge vehicle equipment not installed on the vehicle, and cause problems to your credit by not paying off your trade for months. I now have thousands of dollars in repairs due to them not checking what they are selling, and unable to trade out of the vehicle because I look like I own two! Listen to the negative reviews! Those are the true experiences!

These guys might want to rethink their sales strategy because I'm pretty sure that making fun of someone's vehicle and asking them "if they're just not the type of guy who likes nice things, or if they prefer junk" isn't a very good sales pitch! They want too much for their vehicles and sorry, not sorry but 150k is not "low milage" 🙄 Get real people!

Horrible experience they lie about the cars they sell lemon car to me it didn't even last 15 days or 500 miles I spent 2000 fixing it I've just bought it in July and havnt even drove it 300 miles the me Janice are blind if they cang see the timing cover was not there the camshaft sensor had a zip tie the control arms were bad I had I. writing… they would fix the shocks lol but that wasn't what was wrong so they didn't replace the control arms I paid for that the starter went out before I put 300 miles on it and now the tensioner pulley needs replacing I finally had someone tell what the

Jonathan was an absolutely amazing salesman Great Positive energy and he listened too my all my needs I wanted and we were able too find a nice car for just under 7k. Not only that bud he made sure the car was in good shape for me too drive back home. Would recommend this place too anyone looking too buy there 1st car.

Had an absolutely Amazing experience!! Ricardo was our sales guy and was knowledgeable but not pushy, just answered any and all questions. He got us exactly what we wanted and kept it in our budget. Carlos Barnett made everything flow so easily and made sure we were happy with our purchase and is very personable. Caesar made the paperwork absolutely painless. WARNING!!! Please read this before buying a vehicle from them.
We had come 700 miles one way to come buy from them. We had bought a van from them. It WAS a lemon. We got 50 miles out of town when the check engine light turned on. It was a transmission issue. We barely got it back to them. We had spent all day looking at cars as they did not want to… give us a refund. We had a long way to go so we needed something reliable. One of their dealers warned us about CJ. Said not to trust anything he offers. He was pushy and wanted to give us a car we did not want. At the end of the day we got in

HD joked inappropriately while I was in front of him, they would sell to the next person who offers more. he was obviously mad about the price. DEALING WITH TUCSON USED AUTO SALES HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!! THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! On Wednesday (7-29-2020) we went to look at a Dodge Journey at Tucson Used Auto Sales. We worked… out a price and a deal for some repairs to be made. The vehicle needed a new battery, new alternator and 2 new struts. On Thursday we went back to pay for the vehicle in full. So I bought a 2006 BMW 750i from these folks June of 2018. I told there finance manager at the time Chris and was very clear and kept insisting that i wanted the gap insurance on the car as well. Chris kept assuring me that it was in my deal, well to my surprise on December 13th 2019 my insurance company totaled the car out due to a serious car… accident. Word of Advise avoid at all costs.. We have been through Hell with them and are heading to a lawsuit for Deceptive Business Practices. They say they repair the vehicle in their make shift shady un-certified mechanic shop and refuse to give any paperwork on anything repaired they said on tue csr we purchased they replaced the Enigne, Transmission,… and Cluth and provided no proof at all of the engine or mileage, the Transmission, and after we have technically owned the car for 3 months in the eyes of the finance company and 3 payments in , we had the car a total of 10 days and just got it
