If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We used them at the start of the move out of my mother's house, a big house with many generations who lived there so there was a lot of stuff. We gave them a tour of the part of the house that we had boxed up. An hour later we found one of the movers looking around in an area of the house that was nowhere near were he needed to be at the complete other end of the house. Roy is an excellent mover. However, the administration side is a complete mess.
We scheduled for a full move which included packing and moving of all items.
Unfortunately, the team was not Adler to finish packing because of a tight deadline. I was told they would be back by 12pm the next day to finish packing then move.
That did not happen.
I had to finish the packing and make several follow up calls as to where the team was to move out things. Jen, the administrator kept giving me the run around. Stating they are on their way and they will finish packing once they arrive.

Horrible experience, movers were five hours late! After arriving they moved quickly but carelessly. My brand new tv was bent to hell in the process and the screen popped out! After calling to see what I could do they said they only insure $0.60 per pound and the tv weighs 30lbs... so $18 for a tv that cost almost $300. Complete rip off don't trust this company with the items you spent hard earned money on!

My husband and I used their services 2 times. The first time was amazing. They got the job done quick and efficiently. We moved into a two story townhome and they moved all our belongings in perfect without any issues. Price was good too. The second time we moved it was a whole day and night experience. The movers were slow at loading up our stuff and unloading at our new place. Two of our belongings were broken, and the old location we moved from they damaged the walls and the floors on the steps. I was so upset with this experience. And above all we were only offered to be reimbursed $51 for

They stole from us! Big sparkletts bottle full of money. I know I should've moved it myself, But we treated them so well. We gave them bags & bags of clothes. We fed them pizza & fruit & drinks for lunch. & more cold drinks. Probably spent $75 on food for them & tipped each of them $50 cash. Out $300 there & then they stole from us?! We're so disappointed! This company came highly recommended but DO NOT USE THEM! They will steal your stuff. We have reported it to the company (they didn't seem to care) & we also filed a police report. This just happened

We had the most fantastic experience with our movers yesterday. It was over 90 degrees and our 3 guys worked their tails off. We moved from a one-story to a 3-story house with heavy furniture including an upright piano. We were quoted 6 hours but it took 8, which was fine with us and not surprising due to the amount of stuff we have. It took 2 trips. I think if they had a larger truck, it would have taken 1 trip but since we were only moving 2 miles, it didn't impact the time that much. They protected all of our furniture beyond our expectation. We scheduled a move requesting 4 people and 2 trucks and only one truck showed up. We had to rent a truck to finish the move ourselves since they would only do one trip and we were on a deadline to get moved out. Very disappointing and made for a stressful move day. On a positive note they did disassemble and reassemble the beds and were careful with the boxes marked fragile.

After working with Marybeth for a week, they just informed us that our move we planned for tomorrow isn't going to happen. I asked for 4 days to get the Contract and never got it. Finally after 5 times of asking her to just attach the contract to one of her emails, she finally does. They had the day and time "reserved" and knew I was driving and couldn't give her a Credit card when I finally got the Quote. I get home and my wife calls and talks about all the details and then Marybeth says we don't have a move now. Would never ever recommend this company. I'm going

I recently used Gorilla Movers for both packing services and the move. It was very easy to book, which I appreciated. Their customer service is excellent. I couldn't believe how fast the two gentlemen packed my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place. What would have taken me a month of off and on packing took them 2.5 hours. I was shocked! The guys were really professional, very hard working and super friendly. They didn't nickel and dime me for packing supplies. They were very trust worthy and none of my packed goods were damaged in the move. They packed everything superbly!

Wow! What a fantastic experience. I enjoyed the attention to detail and felt that this group of people care about who they do business with. I would recommend them anytime. From the first phone call I had with "Mercedes" till the very end of the transaction when I had the honor of talking to the main guy "Casey" I felt like every one in this company really kept to everything they promised. My daughter used the Gorilla movers to move from LaJolla to Mira Mesa.... "Q" and his crew were great, very professional and knew what they were doing. As my daughters Father, I was present at both sides of the move and was handling the gratuity! I was very impressed with the way they packed and handled her furniture and belongings, especially at the final destination which was on the 5th floor via a freight elevator! They finished in a timely manner, no goofing off and the cost was very reasonable ! I would highly recommend them for your next move ...

Had another very pleasant experience. I found Gorilla Movers online during a quick Google search about two years ago, and now that it was time to move again i definitely wanted them to take care of the job. Joseph and Paulo were very courteous and pleasant during the entire process, they made my move seem like such a breeze! Joe even said "We take care of your furniture like its our furniture" and it shows. Evverything was protected and wrapped, no damages to any of my belongings and for that I thank you! Definitely recommend!

I currently have a claim pending for the broken dining room table, sconce and dolly that they borrowed and never returned. Overall, to move less than 100 yards away, it was 1/3rd the cost of when I moved from San Francisco to San Diego. I realized this morning that the glass from the sconce was never cleaned up, so now I'm concerned what else I'm missing.

Being a fairly new person to San Diego, I wanted to enlist a local moving company to help me move into S.D. Gorilla Movers has been the best moving company I've ever worked with. My job has me relocating quite often, so I have experience with a few moving services. But this one has been the best experience yet. Everything was done in a timely manner and no damages at all! Wish there were more companies like this one.
