Our company specializes in service, maintenance, repair and installing complete comfort systems for owners of existing homes and buildings just like yours.
Just like taking your car in for an oil change, tire rotation and annual inspection, your heating and cooling system needs annual maintenance to keep in running at its peak efficiency. During a typical maintenance, we clean components, tighten electrical connections, check for wearing parts, make adjustments to alleviate breakdowns.

Gabe came to the rescue when our system went out during the heatwave of the summer. He was able to make an immediate appointment and replace the entire unit .The work was completed in a day. His crew was hardworking professional and friendly . We are so happy with our new unit as it provides not only incredible cooling but also perfect heat now that the weather is cooler It far surpasses the old unit. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Orosco Heating and Air. The service was above my expectations and the price was an excellent value.

Gabe was just as good as advertised, even better! Gabe gave a detailed and fair quote with a good warranty. We chose the unit he recommended. The team showed up on time and we were very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. They finished in one day and the duct test came out perfect. I had a new heating and A/C unit installed by another company (NOT Orosco). When condensation started dripping from the secondary drain - NOT the primary drain, the original company returned and thought it was debris in the drain lines and blew them out. When the problem continued, I happened to run into Gabriel at my business and tell him about the problem. Sight unseen, he gave me FREE advice and "suspected" that the company had switched the drain lines, when it was originally installed. HE WAS RIGHT!! The original company did return and fixed their mistake. I appreciated Gabriel's professionalism

After calling 12 other HVAC companies, not getting a response back, or speaking to a receptionist who didn't know what they were talking about, I finally called Orosco and got connected with Gabriel immediately who was able to assist. Super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and professional. I wish I called him first. He knew exactly what type of HVAC I had in my condo, the problems with it and options.

My a/c unit stopped working during a heat wave of 100 degree highs one night. I called Orosco the next morning and Gabriel was able to fit me in his schedule that day, which I was thrilled. When he and Tanner arrived, they quickly assessed that the motor needed to be replaced and would have to order the part. Gabriel came to my home after I called him panicked bc my HVAC was not working (largely due to my own fault). It was hot and no AC in the summer here is no fun. He promptly responded to my call when I reached out to him (after hours is when I called initially and he messaged me back within 15 minutes) and told me he'd be here the next day - he arrived on time and promptly identified the issue in my attic. My apartment ac has broken about every 2-3 weeks when using them. And this last time they were not responding to me. They were 2 hours late. And then refused to come when i told them that was unprofessional to not at least warn me, after their "repair" keeps breaking. And after speaking with my management he claimed to feel threatened when i only asked him to be professional.

Just wanted to highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs. I found them to install a splitter unit in a detached room a few years ago and they went above and beyond my expectations. When my AC went out 2 years ago I called them and when everyone else was saying 2 to 3 weeks, these guys came out 2 days later and installed a complete new HVAC unit. Worked flawless but we sold our house and bought a new one outside Elk Grove. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had an electrical problem at the end of the install He recommended an electrician who came over the next morning and solved the problem. The unit works flawlessly and looks great. Gabriel came back that afternoon to make sure all was well. Couldn't be happier.

We got into a bind with an emergency under our house and as we were working through that, it was brought to our attention that our ducts were in bad shape. That had not been connected correctly and some were disintegrating. Gabriel was referred to us and came over right away. He was able to get us on his schedule almost immediately. Gabriel, Israel and the team were polite, clean, fast and efficient in installing all new ducts, replacing our thermostat and servicing the unit. Gabriel was honest about the current condition of our unit and did not try to sell us something we don't need quite yet

Gabriel and his crew were kind and courteous, from making sure that there were no kids in the house before starting work, to explaining the process to us in detail. They took the time to put down sheets before walking around our house, and any mess that was made was cleaned up perfectly. We were 100% comfortable lounging around the house while they were hard at work!

I have used Gabriel and his team for both my house and my rental house and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They installed a whole new heating system into my rental and even corrected a few errors that the last company made. Top notch work and great follow up by Gabriel. The prices were also far lower than any other companies that I received a bid on. I have a new heating and air guy for good now and would recommend them to anyone.
