Movers were scheduled to arrive between 12-3 on saturday. I confirmed this with Cory on Wednesday the week prior. At 330 I called him several times and no one answered so I text. I received a response that they were running late and would “get to us”. I asked what time to expect them and got no response. On August 14th, I scheduled a move with owner of Mosine Moving, Danny. I scheduled the move for about 11am, however the movers called me around 8:30am wanting to come early because they had other moves for the day. Luckily, I was available and it was okay. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the movers that showed up to my house were NOT employees of… Danny's moving company, and he did not communicate this to me until later that day. Bret and Donnie moved me Tuesday sept 8th and they did an amazing job, nothing was broken, my storage was packed perfectly, and they did it within my allotted time frame

They broke one of the frames to my artwork, completely broke a sculpture and Half of my glass wear (not an exaggeration, I had 8 wine glasses and drinking glasses and they broke 4 of each and they were packed perfectly). When I confronted them they were rude and denied it. It was so uncomfortable and I didn't know what to do.


They took there sweet time. I moved 15 minutes away (with only a few pieces of furniture and 5 boxes) and they took 5 hours. 2 years ago I had the same amount of items and moved an hour away and it only took 3 hours (I used a different company then).

These two were very helpful. Professional through the complete move. Cory was easy to talk with, and I was able to set things up over the phone. I got moved quickly out and in my new place. The price was the best part. Well worth hiring them to get the job done. Thanks Cory for answering my call, and not charging me a small fortune. I will be calling again.

SCAMMERS!!!! The guys arrived on time. I was told that they would come between 3-4. They showed up at 3:45. Prior to arriving they called saying that they may be late because the truck broke down. Once they arrived, a guy came in so
I could sign the paperwork. I originally booked with Dallas Express movers but A-List showed up. It took 4 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment and 4 hours to unload. It was approximately 12 a.m. when they finished. They dropped a box of my kitchen decoration and left it outside because it was broken, I found it later. They also stole a Dolly and a slack to my bed.

I' m very disappointed with this company. I had a bad experience with them a few days ago. They broke part of my furniture and lost some things!! Too expensive for bad work.

This should be 0 stars. Where do my I start? I scheduled a move with Jason/Corey a week and a half ago. I called this past Saturday to ask a question. No one answered the phone and I called all day. FINALLY Monday morning I reach one of them (they sound alike). He said he couldn't find where I was scheduled. He too promised he would put my information down....the day before my move I called to confirm....one of the brothers once again told me I don't see u on the schedule. I explained that I called all day Saturday and no one answered. He said to me "so why do you keep calling?"

Just got done moving with these guys and I was very pleased. Quick, professional, and efficient. I spent the better part of an afternoon getting quotes from other companies with no luck. A coworker referred me to A-list and they got the job done for considerably less and left everything in the exact same condition as they found it. I'll be using this company again.

I have never used them to move and can tell you I never would after the experience with the owner over an accident with one of two of his drivers. Sat one of their driver took 2 lanes to make a turn while we where there and as much as we tried to avoid them as much as we could and beeped the horn severl times he still hit us and kept driving so… we had to follow and call the cops because after him finally stopping he claimed we hit him! I scheduled a move through Alpha Moving & Storage that has very good reviews online, which is why I chose them. On the day of packing I had three individuals come to my home that worked for A List Movers and told me they were the same company. A list mover however, have no reviews online and due to this I would have never used them. Regardless, the… guys seemed nice enough so I moved forward with them. My roommate and I moved yesterday, Monday. We were supposed to move Sunday, but A List never returned our calls or showed up. After showing up an hour late, the arrived and broke a few picture frames. They also told us they only accepted cash when they clearly had forms with them to take credit cards. Then, they hurriedly threw our furniture… (what they hadn't left behind for us to get as they arrived late and the loading dock of original apartment had to be closed) into the living room, leaving us to move it throughout the apartment ourselves.

My family only had two pieces of large furniture to move and A-List was very accommodating. Corey was very polite and flexible amidst our changes. The price was very reasonable, they arrived on time, wrapped up our furniture very carefully, and drove the truck at a conservative speed. We very much appreciated all of this! I coordinated this move for my mother and while I was not onsite to facilitate the move, she was, and was very impressed. We will be sure to use this team again!

We made an appointment to have these guys come over and move us and wanted it done early so made the appointment weeks in advance to be the first appointment of the day. The appointment was for a Saturday and we called the day before to confirm and were assured all was good.
