Horrible customer service and poor communication. Sure, they send update emails and reminders. However, they were originally scheduled to deliver from 9am - 10am on a Saturday morning (mind you that it took a week or so to even get an open delivery slot) and then proceeded the change that window to 7am to 11am the day before the delivery. I was not awake and missed the delivery drivers. When I called customer service, they were extremely rude and could not give me another time or even knew what to do in this situation. It was a terrible experience all around; take your business elsewhere.

Don't answer phones very often. One out of 12 or more phone calls are answered. When they are answered, they respond like they don't understand what you're saying, and give you no information ("oh, yeah, we see you on our account but no schedule for your delivery yet." Like what??) You cannot speak to a supervisor, the few times I've tried, the lady that answers the phones just waits for like 4 seconds and "re-answers" the phone. It so annoying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were hired to deliver a desk to us. They said they'd give me 15 minutes to arrive and when I did (in less) than 15 minutes (13 minutes), they had already left. Now, they lie and claim they were waiting for 26 minutes, but I have photos of me calling them repeatedly 13 minutes after they called letting them know I am there and they ignored my calls (because they left). Ordered a couch from Modani. Never got it. They never gave me a 30 minute courtesy call. AND they were late. They never called my phone after giving them the correct number several times. The number they called was my mother's who missed the call by 5 minutes. Customer service says they were outside for 15 minutes. So you telling me that they couldn't figure it how to return a phone call within those 15 minutes? And my mother kept calling back and they didn't pick up. She had call receipts. Some one is lying. Use other services. Pay hourly rate, but they asking me pay more tips so they can move my stuff faster after they finished loading my stuff. Come not prepared, their truck was messy, they spent like 30’ to clean and organize their personal stuffs and not enough tools, they have to go to homedepot to buy the correct tool.

Horrible communication! I was contacted on a Saturday and scheduled a delivery for the following Wednesday but they could not give me a time, but promised to call on Monday and let me know, when they did not call, I called them and they said nothing was scheduled. I had completely rescheduled my day. They do not answer the phone when you call. Both Kristin and Jason lied to me. When I finally got a time from 7:00 am to 11:00 am they didn't show until 11:30. The worst!!!!!

Absolutely awful! I took off a day of work to receive our kitchen table and shockingly they didn't show up or call. I called at the end of my time frame and they lied saying they tried to deliver the day before and tried to reach me via cell phone. Why would you deliver a day early? Family business always sounds fun, but you're only as good as the family. P2P only had to deliver a king mattress to me and they couldn't get it right. Gabby scheduled the first delivery 30 days ago. I loaded up the kids to go out of town to receive the mattress and they never showed. They also never answered their phones. Or returned my voicemail. I’m a repeat customer, having used Point2Point on 3 or 4 occasions. This is my 2nd time using moving company. I wish I would've went with last company I used, but I was being impatient. The movers were a little unprofessional talking their personal business loudly while moving my stuff.. & they took a extra hour after me to get to my apartment (the lady on phone said that was normal because the truck is so big & that the GPS showed they came right to my apartment) I didn't even bother telling her that one of the movers even told me they got lost, I had to resend them the address. Requested a moving quote on the \weekend and David, the owner responded quickly. Quote went back and forth based on revision of estimate, finally settled on a number, time, etc.
Peggy was a rockstar putting the formal quote and setting the moving time & date. Movers showed up 15 minutes early, were careful with everything, packed the truck and had no problems unloading. I have moved many times, local, across country, and internationally. These guys were the best at local moves. Much better than the asshats i used last time. Hire Point2Point!

So in my personal experience this company does not even deserve 1 Star. We ordered a cabinet set for them to deliver and on the first attempt of delivery they didn’t have the tools necessary to bring the cabinet upstairs (think about that, a delivery company lacks the tools to complete a delivery) they told us they would come back the next day and they never showed up. We called them and finally they came a few days later and brought the cabinet disassembled to bring upstairs, when they got to building the cabinet they didn’t know how to attach the doors and so they looked lopsided. I'm sure this comes as a shock...this company scheduled my office move for noon on a Friday. At 12:30-i had no movers-I called the office. I was informed the move was scheduled for 4:00pm. So, I have wasted 4 hours of my time. I have several email communications confirming the noon start. When the movers finally arrived-they were beside themselves with the amount of work to be done. I made every attempt to speak with Chris or Scott-neither bothered to reach out to me. I will be finishing this move around 2:00am....Saturday morning. Thanks Point2Point for your "premiere service

This was the delivery company for a bedroom set that I purchased online from a retailer. My delivery was scheduled for a Monday, they called on the prior Thursday morning to give me the delivery window. On Monday morning, the delivery men called me when they were 20 minutes away and arrived well within that delivery window. The delivery men, Albert and Julius, did an AWESOME job. They were very professional, nice, and didn't leave even the slightest scratch on my walls. I couldn't be any happier with this company.

DONT HIRE THEM!! Very bad service overall. I didn't have many things and they took their time in between drop offs. They scratch the legs of my sofa and were very careless with the few boxes I had. Without even asking they put some bed sheets in our dogs kennel. Also, they wrapped my mattress and left it like that when they unloaded. I would not recommend them, I expected better.

I emailed the message below to Point2Point four business days ago and never received a response. If you don't have time for the entire review, the summary is that they showed up very late, worked very slowly (5 hours for a one bedroom move with locations two miles apart with my boyfriend and me helping load and unload for 2 of those hours), were careless with our belongings, and afterwards, management never responded to our feedback. Movers arrived right on time and were very professional and pleasant! They moved quick! I confirmed no damage to our delicate items. :)
There were a few items left at the initial location, however the manager Scott was able to effectively resolve the issue by having the movers go back and finish the job properly.

I was affected by Hurricane Harvey and I'm happy I came across Point 2 Point to assist us with our moving during this stressful time! First, I reached out to P2P on Yelp and I was pleasantly surprised on the quick response from the owner himself (David). It was so convenient. We needed to move our things to a storage unit outside our home due to undergoing repairs. I requested a Spanish speaker to come out to our home for my mother since I was unable to be there. Overall, I would recommend P2P if you need movers. The owner and bookeeper were very responsive to my email and calls. The three movers who helped us showed up early and called us when they were on their eay. Jesus, Jerry and Dixon were courteous, professional, and very nice guys IMO -- and fast! One star demotion for a few scratchs on our walls. If we needed to moce again, I would definitely consider using this company.

They don't care about your schedule or keeping delivery times. They only work for what is convenient for them. When they can't deliver as promised, the owner does nothing and does not care. When I finally say a few choice cuss words, all he can care about is profanity, and still not rectifying situation. They would not work around different hours or another day, and stated if they have to let customers choose times, that wouldn't work. Well it seems when we both agreed on times, they still don't get it right nor work to fix situation unless it is under only their terms

We moved just before the new year and had an amazing experience with Point2Point. The customer service was awesome as I had to change our moving date a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances. These guys were very willing to accommodate us when we needed them. On move day our movers: Jesus, Sebastian, Albert, and Dixon were awesome! I would like to give these guys a shout out because they were courteous, respectful, diligent and listened very carefully to my instructions and requests. We had a complex move from one home to two apartments and a garage for storage. They worked very quickly

Needed someone asap and with low rates as I'm a single lady dishing out money for a new home and to hire movers grrrr... but the Owner David replied pretty swiftly and gave me a thorough quote and time. The movers came out sooner than what was said but only 30 min and they definitely give you a heads up before coming. They were nice and professional. They handled my new furniture with care and were in and out of my place. David also followed up with me to see how everything went and if I had any concerns. Wow an owner who cares or at least shows it. I definitely recommend!
