I got reference from a friend that try All Seasons Movers and I did set up time with them. The crew came almost 20 minutes late. They took another 40 minutes in settling their stuff slowly as if they were tired. When I asked them that they don’t look fresh. Everyone unanimously responded they had a big moving yesterday and they are tired.
I packed almost all my stuff in the boxes except three bed rooms. It took 30-40 minutes after their arrival to bring their and started disassembling the bed room sets. It was surprise to me when they were taking mattresses, headboards and mirror sets in the

Not gonna lie, I was nervous reading all the recent angry reviews for this company but after the good experience we had 7 years prior and getting quotes from other companies that were double what all seasons quoted me, I decided to give it a chance! And I am super thankful that I did!!
They arrived about 30 mins late which wasn’t a huge deal since we were still getting our last minute packing done. I showed them everything that needed to go, explained my sticker system on the boxes and they got to work. We were only moving about 15 mins away but as a family of 3 with a toddler, we had a lot

They took nearly 10 hours to move the items of a tiny 2-people occupancy apartment with 2 bedrooms (with frequent cigarette breaks). Of course, I was charged by the hours. They were completely careless and disrespectful about the handling of my belongings. They damaged almost all the furniture (broke a 65" tv, mattress being dragged on the ground, a Scandinavian credenza's corners chipped off, etc and etc) and scraped the walls and stairs. Also, the moving leader got frustrated with the weight of some of the items and started screaming at his team from the top of his lung, mother effing

I scheduled a moving date with this company in advance. I informed the company that I had 2 bedrooms, living room, and dining table. The company sent 3 movers. They came with 1 small dolly. No tools to disassemble the beds (which was part of the contract). The driver looked around and said"This is too much work for 3 people". He turned and left without saying another word. I tried calling the company. They did not respond and they kept my deposit. Stay away from this place.

I hired All Seasons Movers for an in-town move from a 2-bedroom apartment to a single family home in Chicago on 6/11/21. The total moving cost was $1,260 plus $60 tip per mover (x4 = $240) for a total of $1,500. They seemingly did a good job during the move, until I unpacked. They broke a leg of my kitchen table, permanently scratched my coffee table, and over stuffed all of my clothes to the point that I needed to get everything professionally drycleaned after. I documented everything and provided detailed list along with photos and damage amount (kitchen table $500, side table $150, dry cleaning

I shouldn't have had to take time out of my day to write this, but for the sake of the public, I will. We used All Seasons in 2018 to move from a 2 BR Elevator building to a 2 BR walkup, as a full service move and couldn't have been happier. As such, we decided to re-enlist their services to move in late July 2021. BIG MISTAKE.
My wife and I were moving 1 mile away from our previous condo. We had downsized our furniture from 2 couches, a recliner, and 4 dressers, to two dressers and one sectional that we dissembled prior to movers arriving. The move with less furniture and complexity

Would not recommend All Seasons Movers. We were all set to move on a Saturday at 1pm and 1pm comes around and I’m waiting for a call. I receive a call from a mover shortly after 1:30 telling me his truck “broke down” and that he has no way to come get me. Apparently there are no back up trucks in events like this? Meanwhile I can hear him and his colleagues arguing about directions while clearly driving!!!! Their solution was to move me the next day which was a massive inconvenience. When people need to move on a specific day, they need to move on a specific day!!! The only thing they offered

Don't do it.
Movers were on time and very polite, but unfortunately they damaged nearly all furniture - we witnessed them banging it off walls in our hallways and even slamming and sliding furniture with enough force to damage brand new hard wood floors. Furniture was moved around with complete disregard resulting in above mentioned damage to almost all furniture, the walls, and floors of the apartment. When we brought up concerns they were ignored. One mover made a point to complain loudly with every. single. box. he unloaded and dropped (literally, not figuratively) on the floor. While

THE WORST SERVICE BUSINESS EVER!!!!! Spoke to Christy , refused to let me speak to the owner, They cancelled 20 minutes before moving, gave so many excuses and offered to show up next week, SERIOUSLY! your a moving company, people have given you trust to do a job, and then they hang up on you, their website has them with good ratings, just another fake way to scam customers to believe they are good, Google and yelp have them being poor ratings and they will get a few more bad ratings as they seem to be doing this to many people ...... do yourself a favor, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

My roommate booked with All Season's Movers for her upcoming move. She booked months in advance and on the day of her planned move - 20 mins prior to scheduled arrival - the company cancelled on her. With this short of notice and at this time of year (July), she is unable to schedule new movers within her needed move-out timeframe. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional - highly recommend booking elsewhere with a more reliable company.

It's been 2+ months since my move with All Seasons. We used this once and they did an okay job for the price. Second time was a distracted. They scratched up our brand nee wood floors so bad. Kristy was well aware and said she'd talk to the owner to see what they plan to do. She also tried to blame my contractor for it when it was very obvious they put the dresser down and dragged it. I've now emailed 5 times and called over a dozen times and they haven't responded. This company is a scam. Stay very far away.

Early April 2021 I contacted All Seasons Movers with a request for a quote. I received an immediate answer with an approximate estimate and asked for an email estimate. I had to call back two days later because Kristy did not send over the estimate. The estimate also was missing several items we had spoken about over the phone. On 15 April 2021, a day before our move, we called Kristy to see what measures would be taken to protect breakable items such as large planters and a digital piano. Kristy was very unprofessional and threatened to cancel our move.

My daughter was the one that moved, I was not sure if she was going to give a review but I thought one was deserved. Loved how the movers showed up on time, ready to work as promised. Very experienced furniture movers, great personalities...nothing broken or missing and my daughter's freshly painted walls were not scuffed. Reassemble all the furniture with ease ... pleasant experience all around. Thanks James and Ervin you guys are awesome!

I used All Seaons Moving Company 4/27, I was charged for three men and a truck with an estimate of three hours. When the team arrived, it became clear early on that one of the members who the others called “shorty” was intoxicated. His eyes were blood shot and barely open. Through out the move he was running into doors and tripping over himself. He dragged a dresser across the hardwood floor leaving scratches, almost dropped a large glass mirror, and multiple times had to be tapped out by the other team members. There was a box we had clearly marked as fragile with our kitchenware in it and

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE!! $1,000+ moving fees and misrepresented what their team is capable of assembling. They started almost 1 hour late and the move took several hours because they didn't know to dissemble and reassemble furniture. They ended up damaging multiple pieces of my property. Their movers took furniture from my home "to repair" and never brought it back! I had to fight with them to even get them to allow me to file a dispute and a "claim" last summer.
I spoke with Kristy 3 times before the move and she guaranteed me that her team would know how to assemble

I would give this company negative stars if I could. This is the WORST moving company of all time - NEVER USE THEM. I used their services back in September 2020 for a move. They DESTROYED my television and scratched my brand new glass coffee table. They used "Blankets" to cover the television but that did not stop them from shattering the screen. They offered me $30 to cover the cost of a $1500 television. I tried to call them numerous times where they hung up on me and yelled at me telling me the television wasn't wrapped when I had paid the fees for it to be/watched them wrap it

This was the last time I will use their services.
The short story is I was asked multiple times to pay in cash for the service and tip when the manager said to pay with a card because of covid concerns. They asked me to pay in cash for a tip and go to the ATM while they waited. They also didn't use blankets and all my stuff is scratched. They told me it was because I checked the box to not use blankets which doesn't make sense as I have used their services multiple times in the past and would never check that box.

The move went okay until I was hit with a an extra $100 charge because I shared with them that my Godfather, whose apartment I was moving died of the Covid-19. I was so taken aback by this because the move was on Monday November 23rd and he died on November 3rd and went into the Hospital on October 20th. Despite the fact that I had proof of when he went in to the Hospital and his passing they insisted that they had to charge me the extra $100 so they could clean the truck and have their workers tested, and if I did not like it I could take my business elsewhere. This was of course after they

After using this company to move locally, one of their employees made a pass at me via text. They used my personal information in a way that I didn't permit them to, which is against the Better Business Bureau's Code of Business - which this company is accredited by. After the same employee made a pass at my friend, who also moved with them, I came forward to Kristy (seemingly the only point of contact for this company), who initially seemed very concerned about it during a phone conversation. I also sought to sort out the insurance claim for my broken television after receiving no reply

While extremely cheap ($200 less than other movers) I would not do business with All Season Movers again. During the estimate, the actual move and during unloading I made mention that the item I wanted to be cared for is my television and paid extra for All Seasons to wrap this item and move it. They used belts with metal hinges across the screen and assured me that "They had done this hundreds of times.". The evening after moving I turned on the television to see that the pressure from their metal hinges had caused an LED panel to shatter damaging my television. I had a television repair

On the bright side they were on time and polite. They did a speedy job with the move as well as not overwrapping certain items just to run up the price on supplies. Our largest issue was that they shattered our new 4k TV. We have called numerous times, just to be given the run around and no attempt whatsoever has been made by the company to rectify the issue. We have all but given up trying to get the company to accept responsibility and fix the issue. Would not recommend or use again due to customer service.

First time using movers in 10 plus years abs the last time was out in the burbs that had a parking lot. According to the aldermen the movers were to inform me that To get no parking signs - they did not. I made the assumption they park in the alley and load it; I didn't anticipate garbage driving up and down the alley. Fights with garbage men to move the truck. Neighbors threatening to call police, garbage men threatening the same thing...
