Would leave 0 stars if I could. Long story short, these people are scammers and purposefully messed with my car when I didn’t agree to have them fix ONE WIRE for me for $600. The day I went to pick it up after telling them no to the $600 rewire, my alternator light came on and my car broke down in the middle of the road. Never once had that light come on before ever taking it in to them. Do not take your car here to get fixed unless you want to be completely ripped off and then taken advantage of when you don’t want to partake in their high, unreasonable pricing.

It was my first time at Volkswagen since i purchased my car in July from another dealer. i entered the garage and not one person came out to assist me. Everyone sat in there cubicles until i got out of my car and walked around confused. Finally, the gentleman who helped me told me the person i was scheduled with was not there but would help me. I found it odd that i was being told i needed all items for my car before anyone even looked at it.While my car was getting an oil change, i was brought to the garage and shown a huge nail in my tire. We’ve been back and forth on purchasing a car for almost a year, and Clovis has been amazing with us. He was never pushy, very transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. Victor was the best sales associate to talk to. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had a nice laid back approach which made me feel comfortable. Dealing with Kwasi for the transaction details was also pleasant, he was forthcoming and open to my questions. I had a post purchase request which the team, including Chris, assisted with. Terrible service, very misleading. Purchased a car here mid-September. When I was there they told me the car had just come off the truck and was getting tint on it, so I couldn't see the car. No problem, I knew which car I wanted. I was going back and forth between the model that had just come in and the model that was on the lot, which was a more basic model and therefore a little cheaper. I didn't really care for the bells and whistles of the more expensive model, so was leaning towards the cheaper one.
