I am a rookie when it comes to anything having to do with construction or remodeling, and after a few quotes I decided to go with LA Expert Builders after talking with Nir. Feel like I got extremely lucky as he addressed every one of my questions before my bathroom and kitchen remodel and made me feel more comfortable about the timeline.
During the process I was in touch with a few people from their office that kept me informed every step of the way. Which was very helpful since I'm wasn't very aware of the processes for everything. Was even able to save money in a few areas and upgrade

I had a water leak from a Brit-a filter issue and I called LA Expert Builders and they helped me right away. They were so kind and sweet and truly conducted work in such a professional way.

Had an appointment today for 4pm. A guy said he showed up but no one was here. He said he called me and it's simply just not true. Definitely not how a business is supposed to run by lying. Not sure how good there work is but I'm giving them a one star for lying and wasting my time... I will hire another company for the job.

Got a consultation with Isaac to get a quote for a garage conversion into an ADU. He was very realistic. He explained what other contractors had not pointed out to me. He was up front about the cost of floor plans & blueprints & that without those , it would be next to impossible to get a proper estimate. I appreciate his honesty and bluntness. I much prefer that over someone making false promises or giving me quotes without mentioning the additional costs that come up during a new construction.

Had some water damage in my home. Thank you expert builders for working hard during this covid19 pandemic. They came prepared and ready with masks gloves and worked inside of a formed tent to fix the problem. Took no time. And punctual if you're worried about time they come in and are done by 4 everyday so you have time to do what you need during the night.

LA Expert Builders is NOT who you want for a renovation PERIOD! This is not about $$ this is about communication and honesty with the client. I hired ASHER to do a ( 3rd bathroom total renovation) from day 1 the only time he would text me or call me back was to ask for the next payment installment. Anytime I asked to go over the time frame or the next stage or any basic design questions it was met with a defensive, impatient "Ill get back to you" reply... maybe because he was irritated at my questions ( I would like to know where that money is going and when I can expect a contractor

Nir, Tim and the team at LA Expert Builders are fantastic! We had a leak from an upstairs neighbor and needed to have our bedroom and bathroom fixed after emergency services had come in and put holes in the walls.
They found water damage in areas that hadn't been opened, removed the mold, and restored the place to great condition.
I really appreciated how fast and communicative the team is and they finished the job in way less than the time projected by a different company I had gotten a quote from.
Everyone I talked with at the company was really kind, respectful, and helpful.

I'm so glad I went with LA expert builders , they did a timely efficient job and even found me the exact tiles I was looking for ! The builders were kind , professional and always on schedule and the inspection was passed on the first time . I'm really impressed with these builders , recommended them to my friends !

Nir is the best!!!! We remodeled our kitchen and Nir was there with us from A to Z. The design, the colors the layout the assembly. Amazing ideas, creative, accurate and totally fair! It was amazing to work with his professional crew, a real different experience than other contractors I worked with in the past. I am looking forward to have a chance to do the rest of the house with Expert Builders very soon.
