The assistant in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly. We arranged for someone to come and measure up, which they did last Wednesday (Oct 21st). We were told that someone would contact us the next day (thursday) with a quote. Late Friday afternoon I decided to call as we had not heard back and were anxious to get our job fitted in. The chap… I spoke to promised to call me back but didn’t. It is now a week since they came to measure up and we are still waiting !!!! Not at all impressed
