I have been trying to get my estimate done for the past month. My first estimate was scheduled and then one day before my estimate day they canceled on me. My second appointment was made and according to them they were at the wrong address. They have made me missed two days of work all for trying to get this estimate done. They don't even apologize or acknowledge that they messed up. this is horrible customer service as well as horrible communication. So not happy!!

I am so pleased with my decision to use Benos Flooring for my whole house tile upgrade. The estimator was friendly, timely and flexible. The crew was careful precise and thorough. Tge job looks amazing, five stars! My install crew was lead by George who was amazing.

The guy that came to measure our carpet was really nice. However, we called several times to confirm the appointment and never received a call back. Had to call three times just to get the appointment. Decided not to use this company due to this experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for an honest and reliable company LOOK ELSEWHERE. The lady Jessica, I believe came out to do our bid and was in and out super quickly, got me a quote out the next day....scheduled them to get to work and everything was going super smoothly....UNTIL the day they came to actually start the job. The workers came in and said "oh uh we thought the flooring was already ripped out" we didn't bring the equipment to do this or the glue actually either." What?!?

We had Bob @ Beno's instal our backsplash and we couldn't have been happier. The attention to detail was incredible and the final product was just gorgeous. We requested tile to frame in the windows. We had rounded walls & Bob was able to make them 90° angles and tile them in. The windows are by far my favorite part of the tile job. Bob worked his butt off to finish this project in two days. Every time we go downstairs now we just stare at the new backsplash. Very very happy with how this turned out!

Just had some work done from this fabulous company. Not only were they hard-working and dependable, they did an amazing job with the amount of work that we needed done in our bathroom. We completely remodeled our bathroom and had a ton of tile work done. We had our entire master closet and bathroom waterproofed as well as a shower basically remodeled from scratch. The tile workers were there right on time in the morning and worked into the night on most evenings. From the very first contact with Beno's managers to the install crew, I was so impressed with their professionalism. Their estimate was fast and very competitive. Their installation team was efficient and detail orientated. The job was completed on time and was flawless. We couldn't be more pleased with out new floor!

It was such an easy process from start to finish. Awesome staff, Angela & Didi who are knowledgeable and can trust their expertise. Once we knew what we wanted the process was a breeze. There were no delays waiting for carpets and installation was scheduled shortly upon arrival. Our installer Guillermo did an amazing job for all the rooms and Hollywood stairs, NO SEAM He was also very polite and respectful of our property.

Dallas reeked of weed, hrs late daily,disappeared two days in a row w/no warning, left grouting on tile on Friday afternoon, still no call back for resolution of this mess! The worst ever!

First off, let me say.. we are about 50% of the way done with a full house remodel. That means lots of contractors, lots of quotes. Thus far, Beno's is one of the top two we have worked with. They were here when they said they would be here, they had the project done when they said they would be done, and they were nearly $1,000 cheaper for the same carpet we had quoted elsewhere. They were so professional, everyone from the owners and sales people to the installers. They cleaned up nicely after the project and followed up to make sure we were happy, not once but twice. Okay, I love this place. I had the most amazing experience with Beno's from the time I walked in to the showroom to the finished product. I walked in and looked at what they had to offer and Angela was a huge help. She showed me what I wanted and even suggested going home and using the online tool to see how the product looked in my room. I called for an estimate and was scheduled within a few days. The estimate experience was unlike anything I had experienced before. They have electronics that get all the measurements and she was in and out within 10 minutes. I received the estimates within

Bobby the owner and Carlos did a fantastic job, we knew that it was going to be a lot of work because herringbone style can be tricky. He also had to make special cuts on our stairs. They worked so fast and did a fantastic job will definitely use them again!!

I had Beno's install flooring in my baby's new nursery, and I am in love! We had waterproof luxury vinyl wood look plank flooring installed. It looks super rustic, but very durable and beautiful!
Bobby installed the flooring, he was very professional and was a perfectionist!
Definitely will be using Beno's in the future for all of my flooring needs!
