I recently move within San Francisco and booked Oasis Moving Company. The team that was assigned to my move was efficient with all my items and I had no trouble. They were on time and all my items made it safely to my new place. They only accept cash or check as a FYI, which was communicated to me when booking.
Overall, very satisfied and will book again for my next move. Great experience and highly recommend!

Avoid this Company as well as imperial movers,and this is why ....so,my wife and I found that Renting a truck to move was going to cost more than just using [movers]to make our journey across the United states. Costly at any rate

Highly recommend this service, my family has used them a handful of times. Each time is fast, careful, thoughtful and well executed. From coordination, communication, carrying and delivering...all-star service all around.
Movers expertly and gingerly moved belongings to and fro. This last moved took longer than expected, 7-total hours. They never once took a break, I had to force them to stop and eat! A little food goes a long way! Oasis company makes a stressful time more manageable. I'll continue to use & recommend them to others who need movers! Thank you Oasis for being efficient

Simply terrible. No other way to put it. Took weeks to get our things. They came late to pick up our things as well. When they finally delivered are stuff many items were scratched and/or broken. One of the worst run companies that I have ever come across. Absolutely PATHETIC excuse of a company. A horse and wagon would be a better option. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Second time using Oasis, and had a great recent experience for a big move.
Wendy was easy to schedule with and was responsive to questions around furniture assembly/disassembly (they do), wardrobe boxes (don't bother packing hung clothes!) Their rate is competitive and we worked with 3 movers for ~7 hours.
Crew was professional and thoughtful about protecting our heavier and fragile items, and neighbors commented about their respectful with the shared spaces. Despite having stairs in the move out and move in, the crew didn't complain and effectively used dollies to move in and out.

I would give Oasis 3 and a half stars (but can't do a half). I booked Oasis on the recommendation of a friend after another moving company was unable to do our move.
Pros-- efficient scheduling, arrived on time, fairly quick with moving, it took 4 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment. Wore masks.
Cons-- Scratched the gold base of my marble table on the way in and there was a small black mark on my couch that we were unable to remove. Also didn't have shoe covers when we asked them to wear it on our new carpet.
We noticed one guy taking a smoke break inside the truck when the truck was

Moving experience with Oasis left a really bad taste.
Scheduling was fine. They called to confirm the appointment the day before and 3 movers showed up and packed the truck, but it was really more like 2.5. I walked down to the truck and saw one of them sitting in there on his phone. He got up after he saw me.
They charged for the total time of the move, including lunch. They didn't take a long break for lunch but they asked us to buy them lunch (which we did) and they want to charge us for eating it too?! They also stretched the start time (showed up ten minutes late but counted the top

The only complaint we had was when they first started unloading the pod they threw our mattress on the floor and used it to step up and down from the truck! They were stepping on parts that were not wrapped. We were mortified to see that from our apartment window so I quickly ran down to tell them not to do that. Also they should have left the wrapping around when transporting vs stripping the mattress bare. The rest of move was fine.

Wendy and the team were incredible and made our move very easy. In total, it took them 5.5 hours to move us from our 2 bedroom apartment in San Mateo to 3 bedroom home in Mountain View. They packed everything well and secure and used moving blankets to protect all the furniture and valuable items.
They had to move our time a couple of times due to delays and a move that took longer than expected before ours and Wendy promptly called me to inform me of the change. They were also very easy to work with to figure out where each item should be placed.
I would recommend them to anyone moving locally

This company was not only unprofessional and very rude but we took extreme care in packing all of our things and when we opened all the boxes not only were the boxes all damaged including heavy duty storage bins but all of our furniture that we've had for years had scratches and nicks out of every piece along with broken knobs on dressers and drawers a broken curio cabinet, missing pieces from the beds. Almost every box that we've opened has contained a broken item. Items were wrapped in bubble tape and surrounded by pillows or blankets and still were broken. Looks like boxes have been jumped on

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! STAAAAAY AWAY!! ITS A SCAM!! I just moved from California to Colorado and moved with Oasis Moving Company. The guaranteed pick up on May 24th! After calling and calling no one responds, they informed me they would come between 9-11 am on may 26th.They arrived to my home May 26th at 3 pm... guaranteed my drop off June 2nd .. today is June 10th and they just confirmed drop off! Every part of this company is an independent contractor .. no on answers the phone .. I’ve asked to speak to a manager multiple time they won’t give me a name or email. I paid

This is my second time using Oasis Moving Company, and they did a great job again. Wendy Liu was very easy to work with via phone calls and email. She was up front with pricing, and offered dates for us to work with immediately, versus what her competitors would do and just send me a generic email template. I get it, this is a business filled with LOTS of inquiries, but I like that Wendy and Oasis Moving Company offered a little bit of a human touch.

1. The price is deceivingly high. I had 2 movers arrive to help me move my things from essentially a studio to a 7.5 ft by 10 ft storage space. I had a queen size bed, couch, TV, dresser, dining table set, and about 10-15 small to medium boxes that I had pre-packed. I don't have many things. It took them a total of FOUR hours to finish. (This included 20 minutes for transit from SF to Daly City.) I've done this move before, with the same set of furniture too, and the previous movers only took 2-3 hours, also including transit

Oasis moving was a full day later than they promised and when they did arrive they insisted I pay $1100.00 more than they quoted me. When my furniture did arrive it was shattered. Now they are refusing to give me the insurance forms.DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. CHECK WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, They have numerous complaints about Oasis.

Customer service is only available during their hours of operation so if you have any issues with pick up or delivery outside of their hours, you are completely out of luck. The drop off driver was completely rude, nearly refused to give me a copy of my paperwork prior to leaving. This company is completely unprofessional. I would never use them again.
