Thought this place was legitimate. Purchased a 2005 Subaru Outback from them, I got a great deal (paid 4000$). About 45 days after I purchased the vehicle it broke down on the freeway and the engine compartment caught on fire. Now the car is in disrepair, I have no car, and I'm out 4000$. If you want a reliable vehicle that wont catch on fire, buy from another dealership.

Dylan was so patient to answer all our questions and was kind, respectful and genuinely wanting to meet our needs—no high pressure!
We had decided to turn our lease car in and to search for a very specific Toyota convertible! I have wonderful memories of driving my father in this same model and it was always my favorite! After reading reviews I was excited to check it out!

BUYER BEWARE!!! If there is any situation to use this advise in, it is definitely when thinking about making a purchase at Cool Motors. I've already put $1000 into a car I purchased in the first 30 days! Watch out for greased up parts, done in an effort to hide problems with the vehicle. They did change out the brake pads for me, put in the cheapest they could get. But when it came to the shocks & struts, no way, they wouldn't even look at them. Probably because they knew that the upper control arms needed replaced. All of which I have had to replace, before I even got my plates

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I was incredibly leery about buying a used vehicle, especially from a small dealership, ESPECIALLY on Cave Creek Road. Purchased an Isuzu at first from this small car lot. I attempted to set up an appointment with their mechanic due to issues with the car. my appointments kept getting canceled and was finally told I was past the warranty period. the car literally blew up on the freeway with my minor daughter with me. Marsha, Eric, and everyone at Cool Motors are hard-working, honest, customer-oriented people. My husband and I were shopping for a very particular car, and I saw (on cargurus.com) that Cool Motors had one for sale. I was extremely hesitant to buy a used car from a used car dealer, especially one that was out of state. (I've had two bad experiences with used car dealers in Northern CA.) My family and I had an excellent experience at Cool Motors while looking for, researching, test driving and ultimately purchasing a used car. I found a car advertised by Cool Motors on the Autotrader website and spent several hours researching Cool Motors on the Better Business Bureau website and on Cool Motors website and Facebook page as well as Yelp and other web reviews of Cool Motors. These guys are awesome. When you're looking at used cars, it's so hard to know if the dealer is being real with you. Not the case at Cool Motors. They were extremely transparent in my purchase of a used Honda Civic (which is an awesome little car!!), answered all my questions in full, and even promised to fix a couple of minor things as part of my purchase agreement! This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything and I believe that this is the perfect start. I have not written a review until a year later from when I bought my first car because I wanted to see how it held up. I am a college student and with the cars that were available along with the great service from Randy, I decided to make my very first purchase here and I do not regret the decision.
