I am seriously so impressed! Our AC stopped blowing cold air and I saw the fan wasn't spinning so I called RM Mechanical around 4pm. He was here in less than 2 hours and fixed everything incredibly quickly. Very professional and would highly recommend. Thank you for fixing our AC!

Russ has pride of ownership and gets the job done professionally and with the assistance of respectable, polite and competent team members. What great service! Came home from work to a very HOT house. This was a few weeks back when the weather was steadily in the high 90's-low 100's. It was already about 4:30PM when I started calling around to see who could come out and help us. Started with the "big names" and then worked my way to the local smaller companies. Russ was the only one who could come out as soon as the next day. Said he'd be there by noon. The next day, to my surprise, he called me around 8:30am and said that he could be over by 9am! He and a younger guy (maybe his son?) showed nice and early

If you need the job done right you're looking at the right company. We needed our water heater fixed at our work after getting crazy Estimates from a bunch of other companys I thought all hope was lost. I needed my 5ton AC and heater replaced. It was original and about 25years old.
I have pretty high expectations of work that I pay for. Honestly, everything great about Russ:
1.communication:(excellent either verbal or texting)
2.price: (actually best price out of everyone)
3.quality equipment: (carrier system is FANTASTIC!!!!WIFI THERMOSTAT IS KILLER, i just set the AC on from work!!
4.Trustworthy: I would completely trust Russ in my home or garage even if I'm not home.
5. Cleanliness: The shop vac was out and in use all the time, never left anything unkempt.

Not enough stars here to tell you how happy and impressed I am. House upside down because we are doing some work and the AC dies on us! Russ was at my door a few hours later: Problem fixed (capacitor replaced) in 15 minutes and not expensive! Thank you SO MUCH!

I needed my AC unit level during the worst time of the year, the first major Sacramento heat wave. I sent out many requests for quotes and was turned away by them all or told it would be 2-3 weeks out. RM Mechanical came through- excellent service, showed up when they said they would, they were fast and affordable; what more could you ask for? I would totally use them again, if I didn't move out of state. Highly recommend!

Called Russ to have our heater looked at on a holiday, he answered and set an appointment next morning. Upon his arrival I turned unit back on and it started working.. He still looked over the unit and did not charge me anything!!! He suggested a few filters and to call back if problem reoccurs. I have been in the retail business for 3o year's and appreciate his honesty and integrity!!

I'm a real estate professional, I used RM Mechanical many times before. But I would like to share my last experience with Russ of RM Mechanical. My client had a problem with her A/C. She had a home warranty plan. She called home warranty company and ordered a service. A technician that came out had diagnosed a wrong problem and home warranty plan refused to repair A/C based on their technician's report. I called RM Mechanical and asked him to come out as a second opinion. Russ was able to come rather quickly. He was able to find a real cause of the problem and fixed it at that same visit

Incredibly pleased. More than anything you want someone who is trustworthy and will back up their work if there's a problem. Russ installed a pump for my A/C unit almost a year ago but it got plugged up and I had water seeping all over the floor. He came within a few hours of my calling today, figured out the problem, fixed it fairly quickly & then didn't charge me. I heartily recommend him.

After our A/C stopped working on Sunday (when it was 103 degrees) I took to yelp to find a reputable company to repair our system. We had use a company a few years ago to repair our A/C that you see TV commercials all the time, but were not happy with the service or the price. Russ Merva is a great HVAC guy. Professional, the owner is the operator, experienced, prompt, courteous, skilled, and reasonably priced! His home maintenance plan is a great deal for those who want to maximize the performance and extend the life of their unit. this is what I did a year and a half ago and its been the best thing. This summer when the heat was 110 degrees all of a sudden I discovered my ac was blowing no air. I panicked, figuring that it would be a day or two before he could fit me in. I called Russ and he was literally there within 30 minutes-- clearly he had worked a long day
