Thank you Trinity Heating and Cooling for being very prompt, efficient and professional. I spoke to John Teruel over the phone and he spent a lot of time trying to help me figure out the problem before his crew came out to my house. I was not successful in finding the problem but his amazing crew identified the issue fast.

John came out and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his truck. Problem fixed, in the middle of a heat wave!! We will be replacing our entire unit soon and Trinity will be doing the work.

I asked for a coil cleaning and to check my freon levels. All that was done in less the 20 mins. Air still feels the same, no change. He put up some kind of gadget to my vents. Which didn't work or he didn't know how to work it. Or more than likely was in a rush. I paid $250 for my unit to be hosed down?? Never again!!!!

This is my second time using Trinity Heating and Air and once again I am a happy satisfied customer. A couple of years ago they installed a whole house fan that has worked great and it is very quiet. Using the whole house fan at night keeps my house cool well into the late morning or afternoon without having to use my air conditioning. This time they installed a new heating and air unit for the house. They completed the job in just two days and they were friendly, professional and they cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend Trinity to all of my friends and family. I almost forgot
