The people we spoke with at the office and the folks who came to install are really nice but the jobs required multiple visits due to work not being done correctly the first and second time. On that note, we are still having problems and will probably contact another contractor to fix the issues.
We had vinyl planks and carpet installed. Planks had to be installed a second time in some parts and re-caulked due to missing spots the first time around.

I've been reluctant to post anything regarding the services received from Ocotillo, but it's been about 3 weeks since my installation job was completed and I'm still finding things that I need to fix, touch up or clean. If you have the time, take a read, but if you're busy shopping the other thousands of flooring companies in AZ, then just know this; the flooring in my home LOOKS great, but the fact that I had to caulk certain areas myself, retack the carpet myself, that they pulled up, repaint my walls that were covered in dirt, dings, and scratches, remove tile they failed

Great experience dealing with Mitchell and setting up and managing my new flooring. Follow up and addressing concerns was amazing. As a result I had a Mitchell schedule and installed a new shower in our guest bathroom. Same results as the flooring. Tomorrow they are starting the Master Bathroom shower and I expect the same results.
I recommend that anyone looking for flooring, tile and shower installations contact Ocotillo Flooring first. Its nice to have a company do what they say when they say they are going to do it.

We had an estimator come out to our home for an estimate to replace the flooring in our entire house with luxury vinyl flooring. It was specifically stated that we want an estimate without the bedrooms done and one with the bedrooms done.
Either we got another persons estimate by mistake or the estimator wasnt paying attention. Instead of the two estimates we requested, we got three:
1) that our house is empty, to remove tile at the front door and our "front room" will get carpet. None of which is true as we have carpet at the front door, our house is full of furniture, and this "

BACKGROUND: We went through Floor & Decor's "Installation Made Easy" program to contract with Ocotillo Flooring. It was very difficult to set up measuring appointments and, when we did, they had to come back three different times to take the measurements (the third time from the owner, Mitch, who finally got it right). We should have seen that as an omen. We had 2'X4' tiles installed, which are a common product at Floor & Decor. Overall, the tiles look pretty good and are mostly level, but with minor differences in height in a few areas. We have two concerns about the overall quality of work from

Subpar communication, timeliness, company coordination; cavalier way of addressing customer (was constantly referred to as 'bro' by seemingly mature, adult-like professionals). Overall interactions with company were unprofessional including Mitchell, Richard, Kelly, Lance. On the other hand, the installers (sub-contractors) that Ocotillo Flooring used to install the laminate flooring throughout the house were exceptionally talented and professional. Remarkable work and craftsmanship. Started on time and left the job each day over a 2-week period as if it were their own homes by sweeping and cleaning

Had a shower remodel done. We chose tiles from Floor and Decor. The rep from Ocotillo Flooring at Floor and Decor was very helpful. She got an estimate job scheduled quickly. Once we were ready to start the project manager worked w my busy work schedule. That was important for us. The demo and plumbing went well. The tile job was great! I had a few tiny issues and everything was resolved quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this company for tile. Our master shower is just amazing! I only wish I had not waited so long to do this project. What an incredible upgrade

I used Ocotillo Flooring to replace all of my travertine tile with porcelain tile throughout my house. Their price was competitive, and the team definitely worked hard. My issue is more around the completeness of the job and the amount of mess they made. My house was COVERED in dust. This is definitely not a dustless floor removal process. Two of my ceiling fans no longer work due to the amount of dust they kicked up. In addition, they did not reconnect my fixtures that they disconnected (toilet, washing machine). When I called about the toilet they told me it needed a new hose. It worked before

We just had all of the flooring replaced in our home by Ocotillo Flooring.
We had to have 1500 square feet of direct glue wood laminate flooring torn out and the floor prepped for ceramic tile. Unbelievable customer support throughout the entire tear out and installation and they were able to complete on time. Oscar, Sergio and Mitch did an amazing job and the floors look awesome - we highly recommend them!

Well coordinated effort for this installation. We wanted to replace some flooring in part of the house, and they scheduled it within a couple days, prepped the floor 1 day, and completed the project the next day. The crew and coordinator/foreman were in sync, picked up and delivered the materials, and the end results are better than expected. We're very pleased with how this turned out, and the speed at which the crew was able to complete it. They took away the scraps too. I would use them again for future projects.

We had a very good experience from beginning to end. We dealt with Anthony at Floor and Décor when picking out tile and then scheduled our estimate and install with Howard. The installers were timely and did excellent work. They cleaned up very nicely as well. We are very happy with the work they have done and would definitely use them again.
