I started a business in 1987 called Mobile Bright. The objective of this company was to clean the exterior of mobile homes. When I marketed Mobile Bright, I offered windows to be cleaned free with a washing of their mobile homes. The funny thing is that people would call me and say "I don't need my mobile washed but rather, would you please wash my windows"?
How do you charge? It is difficult to give an estimate over the phone due to the inconsistency in the size and types of windows, height, and overall levels of difficulties, each window presents. For that reason we will always try to be there within 24 hours of your calls (excluding weekends and holidays).
At 20/20 Window Cleaning we want to give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. After each cleaning we look over the job, but we do make mistakes, and this guarantee is there for those instances.
