Very family oriented company, love it. They were extremely quick to respond and set up an appointment. They were also quick to answer any questions we had about their provided services. They came and were in and out with no fuss at all; and they stuck to their quoated pricing even though I misjudged the size of our rug. They were extremely thorough. We got our tile floors deep steam cleaned and sealed. We also had Brian clean our upholstered swivel chairs and oriental rugs. I couldn't believe how much cleaner my tile was and the whole place smelled much cleaner. Highly recommend as a one stop thorough cleaning service.

Brian is the consummate professional! We have used him 3 times. Twice for regular home carpet cleaning and once for deep clean of tile and carpets after we were departing a rental. We left a key for him as we could not be there when he was able to come on short notice but he called us to inform he had arrived and when the work was done. Later that day we went by to check on it and get the key and the place was sparkling. Our landlady commented that it was better than when new!

I needed my dryer vent cleaned as I was getting an error code on my dryer and things were not drying at all! Crystal scheduled me as soon as Brian was able to come to my home. Brian was EXTREMELY thorough, checking top to bottom to remove all the debri. Took it one step further to check that dryer was heating before he finished. Look no further to get your ductwork or vents cleaned, this company is the best!

Let me just tell you - we bought a house from the 70's that has never been professionally cleaned and within 45 minutes, everything was smelling like lemons (all natural essential oils) and 1.5 lbs of dirt was removed!

Guests at my vacation rental property in Sedona violated the rules and brought a shaggy dog. They disconnected my outdoor camera so I had no idea. Advanced Cleaning Technologies (Brian) guarantees and delivers first-rate service. He is punctual, thorough and goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. He cleaned and sanitized our HVAC duct system in an hour, found issues that he alerted us to --after he fixed them and was constantly concerned for our comfort level during his extensive cleaning.

We were so impressed with Brian's professionalism, expertise, and work. We recently purchased a cabin that had been vacant for a couple of years and needed a lot of TLC. Brian came out and serviced the chimney, cleaned the rain gutters and dryer trap, and deep cleaned some upholstered chairs and a big Persian rug. I didn't even know to ask Brian to look at the dryer trap, but thank goodness he did! He found a bird nest in there that could have easily caused a dryer fire. Brian exceeded our expectations, and it was so nice to be able to get so many things checked off our list with

These guys are awesome! They let you know when they are on their way to your home and then when they get there they get right to work. My dryer vent was so clogged my clothes were taking up to 3 hours to dry. I couldn't believe the amount of lint they blew right out of my dryer vent on the outside of my home! Highly recommend these guys!
