The sales team actively lied about 3 different direct questions asked when purchasing my vehicle. When this was brought to the Sales managers attention after the sale they looked at the car and he sent me to a different dealer to have the issues looked at. After almost a year and a half I have finally been able to have the other dealer get the car looked at only to find out that it had been rear ended at some point and Kia told me that I am on my own to figure out how to get the repairs made.
The sales team will say anything to make the sale and then they don't care about you after you have signed

My Kia Sportage went in for engine repair. They stated that there was packrat damage to the wiring harness so I agreed to have them replaced it at the same time.
They didn't start on Mr Sportage for a month. Ever week or two I would have to call to get an update if I could actually speek to someome. Everytime I wo be told middle to the end of next week.
Five months I finally got a call telling me that the battery that I 9 months old is bad and I needed to buy a new one through them. I told them that since they had it so long it was there responsibility to be replace it for free. I was promptly

I made an appoint 3 months ago to get the maintenance service done on my car before we went on vaction. I arrived on time to my appointment and after waiting 3 in half hours they hadnt even looked at my car. They wasted my time and didnt do anything. People who.got there after me were done before me. Very poor customer service. Why make an appointment when they didnt even do anything to my car?

AVOID this place customer service is terrible!!!!!! Brought my vehicle in to get inspected and have it repaired on a Tuesday OCT 26 Was told the vehicle would be need to have parts ordered and would take approximately two days to have the parts in and fixed. I left the vehicle for two days to have the repairs done and avoid any further delays of me bringing the vehicle back in. Not until the third day Friday OCT 29 when I called about the vehicle I was told the parts have not arrived and I can pick up my car. I was the told parts would be in another two days. For years I have gone to Jim Click. So i was weary. BUT Aaron P was such a joy to work with! He let me know right away that they might be awhile and quickly offered to set up a ride if needed. My tire had to be ordered however, it was not a wasted trip. They performed my oil change since it was due. Went back the next day. Tire installed. Other service requested was performed. We would have been first-time Kia owners. Our sales rep, Caleb, was polite and informative. However, $5193 over MSRP for a Sorento PHEV? No thanks. Perhaps other customers fall for the "high-demand" nonsense, but there are other vehicles competing in this market segment without a gouge like this, many carrying premium brand names and ownership experiences.

Awful service department!!! Is always take so long to get an appointment for change oil and then they never answer the phone calls, and the last time that somebody answered (it was a lady) she was unfriendly and kind of hurry to hang the phone, I love my KIA but hate to go there! Also the last two times when I went, I was waiting for 4 hours for only change the oil!! So i decide to do the service in other Jim click dealership which is Holmes Tuttle and the and the deal was certainly VERY different!! And they scheduled me an appointment in the same week that I call!!

My car was under warranty; I took it in for several things gone wrong. Rear view mirror was loose, headliner was coming off in the back, gas gauge wasn't registering a full tank, the hydraulics of the trunk weren't working, the gear shifter became a struggle to put into park. They fixed the mirror and the gas gauge, denied everything else. BUT here's the thing ... The only problem with this place is the speed of service. People are super nice. We were there for hours and even past closing time. The reason being that our salesperson was dealing with three of us at the same time.
So basically, she'd help us out then while we were doing what we needed to do, she'd help someone else out. But we'd finish what we were doing and just wait for her to finish with her other customers.
First time we noticed it was when we were out waiting for the keys to see the inside of the car and it took half an hour. And then we wanted to see another car and we saw her talking

I scheduled an oil change and 15k mile service through their website for my Telluride. I selected the valet service (they come get my car and then drop it off when it's done) since I work from home and didn't really want to sit in a dealership #covid. I am so happy with the service I received. They didn't upsell me anything I didn't actually need and my car was back by 2:00. The valet driver wouldn't accept tip, even though it was well deserved. I am only sorry that I just now found out about this great service they offer. Highly recommend!

I had been trying to call Royal Kia for over 2 weeks to make an appointment. I had heard great things about Jim Click Kia but it was a longer drive. I ended up calling Jim Click Kia and getting my 2017 Kia Sorento scheduled for a repair and oil change. I got a call back quickly from Service Advisor, Cody Ingram. Everything was set up and the work was done. This is AMAZING customer service. I cannot say enough positive things. I also received a call back from Scott Maher, Assistant Service Manager. Don't waste your time having your Kia serviced anywhere but here. Great job!!!

I randomly dropped in here to look at the color of a vehicle I had researched. I actually left a different Kia dealer earlier in the day without buying because of an awful experience. I literally pulled in, jumped out of my car, and ran over to the lot to see if a particular color was in stock. My intention was to take a look and go home.

I had a great experience at this Kia location! I came in for a second opinion after a different auto shop tried to tell me that my front bushings were torn and I would have to pay $1000 to fix them. When I took my car into this Kia dealership they inspected my car and found nothing wrong! Cody Ingram was very helpful in helping me out and had absolutely outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location for any work that needs to be done on my Kia!

First of all a had a great buying experience at Jim Click Kia. We picked up a 2011 Sorento and just love it. The people in the sevice dept have been just awesome! Scott and Nate have been great! I worst dealership in 40 years buying cars. Went to camel back in Tucson to get my car but have to go here for service. My AC was on the plink in my 2019 Sportage and said they fixed it. Doing the samething as before. Have to find other dealership.

11/8/19 Update: since John took over the service department and Nate assisted clients in service. I now have a smile again. They take care of me and assisted me today with an issue of a Illinois Kia service department. In Illinois the kindness is low cause they are frozen no care. It's ok about money. No discount and even if you have warranty they are quick to say it's not theirs but yes it is.
Nate saved me today from the ice cold attitude in Schaumburg Kia Bob Rohman.

I had one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had at Jim Click Kia. I purchased a 2020 Soul EX, which I love. Steve Castillo was so patient with me, especially since I wasn't sure which trim to get.

Vincent in finance was friendly and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. The sales manager, whose name I can't remember, was also super patient with me.

I left feeling better than I've ever felt after buying a new car, and I've bought many of them in my life.

This place has the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Gentleman at the front who checked me in for my oil change was super sweet. Offered me water, coffee, fruit, WiFi, etc. They'll even drive you to the Tucson Mall while you wait for your vehicle to be worked on! Then, Art (the man who would be working on my vehicle) came into the waiting room, shook my hand and introduced himself. How sweet!

Jim Click Kia is an incredibly difficult company to work with. I unfortunately own a vehicle with a warranty that's still valid so I periodically end up here.

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

My most recent trip here involved me trying to get information on what my warranty covers. I have tried multiple time to get this information and am still unsuccessful. So far with my 100,000 mile warranty I have been unable to get ANYTHING fixed properly or at all. This is definitely the worst dealership I've dealt during the course of my 40 year auto-purchasing lifetime. The sales staff have no concern or consideration for the customers; their ONLY interest is making sales. The sales manager clearly sets the tone of indifference and the "close the deal" mentality. During the purchasing process, the sales manager was giving the new employee, Blanca, direction at every key step. None of our concerns were addressed; we were given flippant or non-responsive answers to questions. Fortunately, we knew what we wanted and proceeded accordingly

I can't say I've experienced better because this was my first dealership experience. I will say that I will not be rushing back to this Kia when I'm ready to purchase another car in a few years. If they have THE car I want, then I'll entertain the idea of returning. Every salesman trick you read about online that one might experience, well, they allllll happened to me here. Since my purchase I've had conversations with people who love the "game" of buying a car at a dealership. I am not that person.

Should have read other reviews first! Another yelper mentioned how disrespectful the service advisor Marco Ramirez was over a year ago. Well he's still there and still rude as ever.

The basics: We have a 2009 sportage, original owner, under 90,000 miles.

Mr Ramirez had no answer for why we had the AWD light flickering on and off, but yet it ended up being a bad ABS module! The AWD Relates back to the power train. The power train is still covered under the 10 year/100,000 mile clause.

Supposedly you can't drive the car with this broken ABS module, per Marco Ramirez anyway, but
