NC Texas Moving Services did a great job with our international move. From our accounting manager’s careful planning and patience with our questions, to the team that moved us out of our storage room to the team at the warehouse going above and beyond to make sure everything fit into the container. We thought we’d have to leave a desk behind when it looked like it wouldn’t fit, but they unwrapped it, disassembled it and made sure it fit.
Everyone was professional and made this stressful process easier. I can’t recommend NC Texas Moving Services and Allied enough to anyone is moving across

Movers were very professional, did not damage any furniture, walls or floors during loading and unloading. We have some heavy marble furniture that required crating. They did an excellent job protecting the marble slabs, none were damaged during the move. The people doing the washer and dryer hook up at the destination went beyond the call of duty to rearrange the washer and dryer locations to make things worked. I am very satisfied with the services provided.

NC Texas provided packing materials and packed some of our household goods for an out of state move in April 2021. We chose to have professional movers to pack fragile and more expensive items. The three person crew was very efficient and knowledgeable and the packing materials well constructed. At the time of this review we have unpacked several of their boxes and have found everything to be in great shape. The service they provided saved us time, money and the heartbreak of damaging a cherished procession.

We had an amazing crew on both ends of our move. Dale was our foreman and they provided exceptional service! They were fast, efficient and took care with our belongings. We had an extra stop after our storage unit that they were super efficient with as well. Dale provided constant communication along the move. Thanks for a stress free move on our end!

The initial loading crew was great. The driver needs to find another job. He unloaded other people’s furniture and box that I asked him to take back. 10 of my boxes remained on the truck and later delivered damaged. Someone had repacked them and many plates, pie dishes, marble lazy Susan, thick metal roasting pans were badly damaged. I hired Allied and this is the crew they sent very disappointing. It’s been nearly 3 months and I am still angry. They will not pay for any of the damage despite the insurance. Walk away from their company.

Were more responsive than other movers I contacted. The price for a 2,300 mile move were fair. Great driver and loading and unloading crew. They all wore mask due to the virus which made it even tougher for them. Everything arrived as scheduled and nothing was broken or damaged. I would use them again.

I recently used them. Full service. Packing, storage, unpacking. They were pretty good. Fast, efficient, and really careful with fragile stuff. After they moved us in they came by two weeks later at our request to pick up the cardboard city we had built in the backyard. I would use them again if I need to move.

We were SUPER impressed with the efficiency and strength of these movers! When thy first pulled up with only a small truck and 2 man/1 woman crew we got a little nervous but then came the big truck and 4 more guys and they totally blew us away! So organized, so helpful and so nice. Wouldn't let us barely lift a finger! And the lady was just as strong and very handy at dismantling and rebuilding furniture. They protected floors, stairs and doors at both locations beautifully. I hope to not move again any time soon but if I did we would use them again in a heartbeat. And we'll definitely

In combination with Sirva and Allied Moving, this company, NC Texas, by delivered terrible service, broken promises, outright lies, deliberate miscommunications and manipulations, all, in retrospect, obviously aimed at creating a crisis situation for the customer and extracting additional charges....Ultimately, they left the customer stranded with an incomplete job, unassembled furniture, and, ultimately, thousands of dollars in additional costs to correct the situation -- all in contradiction to the basic move contract....FAIR WARNING: DO NOT THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE THREE COMPANIES MENTIONED

I applied for the minimal insurance, so I guess this gave the company the license to steal and perform negligently . . .
Packing
-The packers did not finish the job, leaving numerous items for my wife and the driver
- Wardrobe Boxes - clothes were twisted and stuffed into boxes with items piled into the bottoms of the boxes. Clothes that were previously dry cleaned and pressed were completely wrinkled.
- A number of items never arrived at the final locations (i.e. stolen)
* Loading
- Imported Chair and antique table completely broken. The driver told me that the loaders
