I agree with these people. Sam is extremely rude and very unprofessional. The only people who are decent is the collection manager tracy and the girl that answers the phone during the day. I bought and paid off a car a few years ago with these people and retained a good customer record. I came back a short time later and was treated like a piece of dirt. I spoke to 2 different people in sales including Sam. The other man never called back. If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will rip you off and sell you a lemon and not take ownership of fixing the issue. They have a crack head as a mechanic that lives at the dealership so he probably is not licensed. Also the manager Sam is extremely rude and unprofessional. I gave the car back to the dealership because it was problem after problem occurring with the car. Just paid off my Armada with them. Runs good. Was late a few times and they never really got crazy on me. BUT cats were bad and it has never passed an emissions test. To their credit they did offer to do the work at a reduced rate but considering they knew (or should have known) about the issue I still feel they should have fixed it and not charged labor. But minus that Great Vehicle.
