Planning a cross country move was incredibly complicated, including a tight timeframe to get my things moved in before flying back to my former home to make the long drive. Thank goodness for US Eagle Movers! I had to reschedule multiple times to accommodate a delayed closing and the complications of a POD drop-off and pickup at a small condo, but Mike was super kind and reassuring. I hired US Eagle Movers to move items from a storage unit to my apartment on 9/4/2021. Several items were lost in the move and my sofa and walls were severely damaged (see photos). I contacted the company to let them know about the damage and the lost items. The informed me that they were not responsible for lost/stolen items because the movers can not guard the truck. They asked me to follow up with pictures of my sofa, which I did promptly then didn’t hear from them. Mike was the first to respond to my Yelp inquiry for movers. Setup for the appointment was smooth and easy.
Was scheduled for a 3 man job, but only two guys showed up due to the third not coming to work. Thankfully Jordan and David were both industrious and efficient. During the move, I saw them pause for a maybe 5 minute break to eat the sandwiches that my wife had gotten then. But other than that, they were pretty much at it full speed until the job was done.
Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable mover.

No one likes moving - especially long distance. But when I tell you these people will absolutely BEND OVER BACKWARDS for you. They do it all.

Don't waste your time on this company. Extra fees and unreasonable costs. Worst move I've ever had and will never use their services again. Majority of my belongings we're already packed and it still took hours for them to "pack" our belongings into their truck. Movers were also unprofessional, lacked communication, moved with no purpose, and left debris and equipment in my new home. Stay away. Find a more deserving moving company for your peace of mind and money. (Moved on December 2020)

We hired them for 3 consecutive days: packing and then moving. A 4-man team did a great job packing 3 bedrooms, a home office (with a lot of books), kitchen and living room in about 8 hours. They provided all the packing supplies. The drive was only a couple of miles, but still had to be loaded up and done in one go. Not a single thing broken; everything labeled correctly - we couldn't have asked for more. They went above and beyond, making sure things were delivered to the right room, and even moving new furniture that had been delivered to the new house.

Just finished my 5 bedroom move, it was a lot of job, I had 5 guys working the whole day, they did an AMAZING job!
Honestly I'm so glad I chose them! This is just a great company who will give you the best customer service experience!
