Too often reviews are focused on what went wrong and not about the corrective action. Recently had scheduled service on my Giulia and something was missed. I called Kurt, he apologized and delivered a loaner for the day while they made sure everything was done right.

Absolutely loved working with Kostas at Alfa Romeo of Charlotte. First, I love cars….and they have every head-turning ride available! Who doesn’t want to be around that all day! Next, the experience was seamless. Kostas in particular was so great to work with, friendly and never once made me feel like im just a customer. They got me where i wanted to be payment wise, i got an amazing offer on the Giulia…Kostas even gave me a ride home when I was unable to take my Giulia home day 1! Thats service!

What a disappointing dealership who lack customer service on all levels. Giving 3 stars because their cars hold all the personality.
We came here several months ago to have the software on our 2017 Giulia updated. In doing so, they hit us with a handful of charges for this update and add-ons that they included on their own will. We didn’t question it since we trusted they’d treat customers with transparency and our car safety is key.
We had a similar issue arise yesterday where our software was giving us warnings, we went to Eurofed who tried to resolve the issue but pointed us back to AR

Car buying can often be difficult or intimidating, but this dealership is proof that it doesn't have to be. I worked with Sal as my sales agent and he did a great job helping me figure out which car fit me best and was able to get me a great deal on a lease. His manner was calm, kind, and never pushy. Finally, someone I want to go back and deal with again, instead of someone I'm glad to finished with.
