The moving team has done a great job today. I was in my new apartment from my old apartment in a few hours and they were careful with all my items. Moving team leader was very professional and easy to work with when I first called. I only had one piece to move but it was important to me. The price was fair. the operator called to let me know they were 30 minutes away. They arrived on time and were very careful with my piece. They were professional and friendly. Start to end the great experience! Reservation team responds quickly and provides a clear and concise quote. I really like their fee system. The service time starts when the work starts and ends, not when they leave their warehouse, which is a huge plus. The Moving team was on time and worked extremely hard and fast. All of the crews were friendly and very sympathetic. I highly recommend moving locally!

Trans USA Moving did a great job for us. My request for a quote has addressed their availability and options very quickly. The cost was fair, they arrived on time, and the movers did the job carefully and efficiently. Unlike some other local moving companies, they operate seven days a week and are able to accommodate our request for relocation on Sundays as well.

The Moving team was quick, efficient and alert with all my belongings during my walk. They arrived immediately, gave an assessment for the expected number of hours that the step had to be taken, and was finally over early. They added extra plastic wrap for the necessary items and carefully disassembled and reassembled the larger furniture items. I'll keep an eye on Trans USA Moving for my next step. Thanks!

I had a fairly good experience. I failed to look at reviews until the morning of so I was super nervous. Like others have mentioned the lead guy estimated more in his head and added an additional $500 to the estimate Jessica provided. They loaded and disassembled everything, assuring me the deliverers would reassemble. They picked up on a Thursday and everything was delivered the following Tuesday. With any move, a few things were broken - bummed but expected. One dresser drawer is a little wonky somehow. A lot of boxes were wet and muddy which was concerning, but nothing in them was damaged. I chose to move with Trans USA Moving because they offered services that were inexpensive and quick relative to other moving companies. I ended up with broken furniture, upholstery that reeks of cigarette smoke, and parts of my furniture missing. I would not choose to move with Trans USA again or recommend their services. Their tactics are a classic "bait and switch" model, where they offer something that sounds great but hide behind their contract to not uphold what they initially offered.

Did an interstate move and they did not secure nor wrap the TV. Arrived broken and unusable.
They say they are covered by the insurance but the insurance will only cover 60 cents per pound of any item broken! Laughable
We were promised that electronics will be wrapped with protective fabric etc. BEWARE, go to another company

I called Trans USA movers to go from Houston to Tennessee. My sales person (Jessica Roberts) was friendly after a delayed response. My issue was I needed to move quickly and I was happy they said they could meet my deadline. I k ew it would be expensive so I had saved accordingly. The quote for my 3 bedroom home was just above my plan.. but, I was the one who needed the quick turn around so I was fine with the price. That was when it began to go downhill.

Terrible moving experience, I would NOT recommend this company. First and foremost.. they did not accurately inventory my items and they did not color code 9 of my items (kettlebells and other heavy workout equipment). I moved from Texas to California and dealt with Yani (who told me the items were not color coded when they were loaded) he assured me that customer service was number 1 but refuses to reimburse anything nearly close to the actual value of the items. The driver would not take responsibility for delivering my items to the wrong customer, these items were stolen from me. Instead of

The movers were extremely professional and took great care in preparing my belongings to move. The communication between the movers and the dispatch was less than stellar. I was moving to a city and needed at least three days notice secure the proper permit for the truck. I was called less than 24 hours before the truck was going to arrive and was told I'd be charged $900 if I didn't accept the goods the next day. Wow. Just...wow. Trying to find a mover/moving company is NOT easy. That said, they'll blow you up via calls, texts, emails etc. While trying to find a moving company, this was one that was suggested by proximity. I received a decent quote from them but then the number of calls and emails increased. I also became aware of the government run FMCSA website that shows all of their information from business type, number of trucks, number of complaints, etc. I just received a call from Jessica from Trans USA and well, she basically said the government website was the equivalent of Wikipedia

This was the easiest and best company that I have yet to move with in my entire career of moving. I had to move a lot as a kid and quite a few times as an adult.
