We provide White Glove Service for relocation. Packmove will pick up your belongings when you request, and deliver them to their final destination. Complete packing service, partial pack, consignment deliveries and/or donations are also available with this service. For Full Service Moves no other party's belongings are loaded with yours into our trucks.

These guys are beyond bad and absolutely refuse to accept responsibility for property that their employees lose or leave behind during a move so hiring Ready Movers would be a very big mistake. They provided a low-ball estimate that they made no attempt to meet. There was no contract which makes Ready Movers difficult to take to court since there's no legal record of what services Ready Movers agreed to provide. They set up my move entirely over the phone and through messaging on the internet and unfortunately I didn't know any better.

Unfortunately things have vastly changed from a few years ago when Alex was more involved. This company is now horrendous. It seems Alex unfortunately left the company in the hands of the horribly rude and incompetent Diana. She gave me wrong information via email. Two movers ages 50+ arrived and did not inform me they were outside but started the clock on the moving time. They proceeded to slowly lift pillows, small boxes, even though we asked them to lift bigger items. I had great communication with the company initially. Movers showed up on time.
We told them we had a bulky heavy queen sleeper. These guys damaged my sleeper and ceiling at our apartment. I contacted the company immediately and sent pictures. They text me back and said that they spoke to the movers and that they informed my husband that it was a big and bulky sleeper and would not fit in doorway safely. Which is not true. we did say how did furniture company get it in with no problem or damage? They said my husband guided them, yes he did because the sleeper almost fell on the movers head!!

I wish I could give less than one star (except I'd give Dean 5 stars because he was lovely). Rather than calling us to tell us they'd be late, we had to call them when they hadn't shown up at the end of their arrival window, at which time they said they said they'd be there in 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, they arrived 2 hours after that point - 6.30 pm, 4.5 hours late. Every time we called we were told "they'll be there in less than 45 minutes, but they're stuck in traffic." And something about how one of the guys fell asleep? When they still hadn't shown

Professionals who were courteous and did a great job handling my last minute request. I arranged with Alex for moving services in February 2. The move was done efficiently but one of the movers, either Nick or Tim, put a dent in the corner of the wall at the house from which I moved. I sent the photo of damages, and Alex said it was minor and wouldn't offer remedy for the repair to damage, which later cost me $145 to fix.

Well done! Moving is always stressful, ready movers was communicative and flexible with my moving and scheduling needs. The move went well and the guys were on time, polite and professional. Here's the best part... My new cell phone wasn't allowing me to make an online payment .. so I ran and got cash for the move. About an hour or so later it was recognized that I had overpaid by 100. Sticky bills! I was refunded the money and their honest and hardworking professionalism shone through again. All of my belongings were taken care of and damage free,

Alex is a crook! DO NOT HIRE this so called "company". They damaged my floors, damaged my furniture, and refused to leave unless I paid them in full, and they charged me way more than quoted. Of course Alex was unresponsive and ignores all calls and messages. The kids made me very uncomfortable and would not leave without cash in hand, even though they were well aware of the damage they caused. They told me to call their boss, Yeah right. He doesn't answer! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! He pays for his good reviews.

We needed movers on 48 hours notice and found these guys on Facebook. Alex worked with my wife and the price was very reasonable. The two men crew showed up on time, dealt with horrible traffic into the city on Saturday with expressway ramp closures, were pleasant and professional and unloaded and got all the stuff up to my daughters apartment in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Ready Movers were fantastic in helping us with our move, or more accurately, doing it for us! They were very fast, packed the truck better than I ever could, and not a single thing was damaged. As a matter of fact, we didn't properly wrap our mattresses and they made sure to do it the right way before loading them onto the truck. Excellent value for quality work!
