Wow is all I can say. I didn't even make it past the quote phase. The sales representative told I would need to move my own stuff and told me that if they get close to 8 hours, that they would just stop-- what are you going to do with my possessions? He was not very nice and didn't ask if it was a convenient time to talk. Additionally, there were multiple charges that other companies don't have. No thank you-- there are other movers that are more willing to work with people.

I won't be using this company again.
PROBLEM 1: I specified i needed help packing and moving and was told that was no problem. I was even asked about the number of boxes i needed. I had the reservation and all was set. They showed up with NO BOXES and left us in a bind having to run around on an already hectic day and get boxes and bags before we continued to be charged the per hour rate.
PROBLEM 2: The truck they brought quickly filled, it was too small. I was never notified they were going to the second location. They just left without announcing it and once i saw the truck down the

Well, being that this was my 2nd move in a year, I was NOT looking forward to packing up and moving again - but you know how life goes sometimes! I have a LOT of breakables and it takes me forever to pack/unpack, but these guys made the actual move tolerable and pleasant - and not stressful in the least! They showed up on time, were prepared, didn't scratch ANY of my furniture... NOTHING broke, and they were just super nice to deal with! I've moved around a lot in my life, and these guys by far were the best I have hired! Thank you guys so much!!!!

When you're looking for movers, you're looking for a company who is EFFICIENT. The main thing you look for when hiring a moving company. Moving is such a pain for me because I have so many things that need to be handled with care. But carefully researching around yelp, I am 100% glad I went with san Diego movers!!! This is my first time moving out of my parents so I was actually really stressed out but, they were so accommodating with my needs... We had an awesome and very professional experience with San Diego Movers! I called Saturday afternoon asking if it was possible to move by the next day, Sunday. We were given a relatively affordable quote for cash payment ($92-94/hour with a 3 hour minimum, everything included!) and easily scheduled for the next day. I received an email confirmation as well.

2bedroom apartment took 4 hours...I moved all my boxes to the garage to speed up move and it was still 4 hours. 3 workers showed up - only 1 of 3 was competent - the others wasted time and on their phones. They showed up with small truck and had to make second trip! So they can waste your dollars!

I had a friend who I would visit often in San Diego who needed help with moving to her new apartment. We first checked out craigslist but got sketched out by people offering really cheap services but had minimal information about their process. Instead, we resorted to Yelp and searched up a couple local moving services. One caught my friend's attention because it was not too far from her place at all which would make the price even lower. The movers were really easy to communicate with and came that same weekend she needed the move done and had everything finished in a short span of time.

Hired San Diego Movers a little after my husband and I bought our home. Still had things in our storage unit that definitely would not have fit in my tiny Kia!

When it comes to moving you always want to find someone you can trust with your delicate or expensive items. I was asking around and my friend referred me to the SD Movers. Once I called to inquire everything was seamless and easy to configure. They answered all my questions I had regarding moving my art pieces. Fragile items. Clothes!! Considering the amount of time they saved me and how great the costs were, I highly recommend the service to anyone who is moving local. I was looking for help to move into my new home a couple of days ago and San Diego Movers were AMAZING! They were quick to respond and available the day and time I needed (they even arrived EARLY, which I appreciate). Their team was so efficient because within no time, they had all my belongings packed up and ready to go! Need help moving? Say no more San Diego Movers are the best there is. Called to schedule an appointment for my friend, and got an appointment scheduled right away. On the official move day the team arrived on time ready to help pack, wrap, and load my friends belonging to her new place. The move was smooth and efficient. San Diego movers really made moving easy.
Normally we would rent a truck and move everything by ourselves, but thankfully we didn't. We were able to get help lifting heavy furniture, fragile items and oversize items. I really liked how they offered special wooden crates

I absolutely don't like moving and I find it very inconvenient.. call me lazy, but thankfully San Diego Movers did a great job at helping out.
Making a commercial move so quickly and on a whim is never easy. This company was able to help me pack my heavy duty items and even my fragile items and get it from one place to another place. I was really worried for our glass table, which is fragile, but they were very good at communicating with us and helped us pack it appropriately so no damages were made. The workers here really care for your personal items and that's really hard to find

I thought moving to London was going to be so stressful but the team at San Diego Movers made it such a smooth transition for me. Lord knows it was already hard enough leaving San Diego for the first time.
Between working and finishing my last semester (and maybe the fear of leaving) I didn't have anything packed at all. The guys showed up promptly at 9am as we discussed and packed everything securely and safely. Before I knew it, they had everything out and in the truck with not the least complication.

I've been so busy with my move but I wanted to take the time to write about how good my experience was with SD Movers. They really helped make it just an easy transition. We I moved from the East Coast back to San Diego I really didn't know know what to expect but they broke it down and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. They crated the more delicate items to make sure nothing was damaged on the move. They wrapped, packed and loaded everything! Honestly, moving's a b*tch. It's a lot of work and I hate it.
But, San Diego Movers made me feel such at peace while we were moving to our new home.

My little brother needed help moving from San Diego to Los Angeles. I came down to help him but felt so overwhelmed at the amount of work it was going to take. So I convinced him to find a moving company. We went with San Diego movers because they responded quickly, were super friendly and answered all our questions in a timely and professional manner.

I was really impressed with this company. They were so friendly when I gave them a call to tell them what I needed. It was fast and easy to set everything up. The day they arrived was early just like scheduled, the team was very nice, professional and did their jobs very well. You could tell that they cared about each and every item they were moving.
