PREMIER technicians apply the principles of what is termed "Integrated Pest Management"; which is to plan an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices. PREMIER applies the IPM approach to both residential and commercial settings.

Worst Pest Control Company ever. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they dont which has happened on more occasions than I can count as well as happened recently. Scheduler is the wife or gf of the GM so she gets away with anything she wants and is very unprofessional and doesnt know the first thing about customer service or how to speak to someone let alone a customer. Totally unreliable if they say theyll get back to you, you have about a 20% chance of that happening. Billing is erratic, sometimes they completely forget and so theyll hit you with several months of bills at once without telling

Premier Pest Control came out to my house this summer after we started finding dead cockroaches near the front door. Jose was our exterminator, and he was exceptionally thorough and professional. He gave me all the paperwork showing the composition of the poisons and where and how much of each was used. In addition, Jose left with his cell contact in case any bugs reappeared. I was told that if they did, we would receive free follow-up extermination. He was also honest about the fact that for the week after spraying, more bugs would likely appear. He was right. We were having a bee issue in our backyard here in Henderson, so much so that my husband and I were terrified to go backyard. The bee's nest was on the side of our roof on the second story. Most bee exterminators that I called for gave estimates that started around $250-$300. Premier Pest Control returned my inquiry and I was told their bee extermination services start at $200. Premier Pest Control came highly recommended by my regular pest control service. When I moved to Summerlin I had a huge rat problem as I live near a golf course. At first they were extremely responsive and were out whenever I called for rat removal or re baiting of traps. Since September (now February) I've been asking for someone to come out and rebait my traps as I'm not catching any more rats -- despite multiple contacts, FOUR in the last month, no one has been out!! Had them come out three times. All three times they were on point with their service.
1) general home pest spray to take care of spiders. They were in and out in under 15 mins. Didn't we one for almost a year.
2). Pigeons invaded my roof. They handled them within 30. Told me they'd follow up with me and to expect it to take some time before the pigeons got the idea.
3) the follow up confirmed the pigeons no where to be seen and that their job was complete.
Loved the commitment to seeing their work through.

Switched over to Premier about a year ago for residential service. The guys working for this company are very professional and very customer service oriented.
