Luis Cota who was the sales consultant was friendly and made the experience very comfortable through the entire purchase. I never felt pressured to make the purchase and Luis seemed knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle. After the purchase was completed he continue to show me all of the features the car had and assisted me in connecting my phone to the car. Omg thanks to all the help from Stanly Bland and Jim Click Ford my family is now cruising in our much loved Escape. Typically when you purchase a vehicle or have service done, FORD will send out an email asking to complete a survey. I didn’t receive one this time around though. So I’m leaving this review instead because my husband and I were really impressed with two individuals that represent FORD and the exceptional customer service that they provided. I took my vehicle in for service this past November. I wasn’t happy with it and was honestly really frustrated that morning. I asked this company if it was true that they required buyers to pay $400 for tinted windows under threat of delaying their vehicle for months and they simply deleted the comment without responding. They also REQUIRE you to prepay them $1000 for maintenance fees on on an EV - which doesn’t have any maintenance required other than washer fluid.
If… they want to add on fees, they should simply do that. Forcing a customer to have their Windows tinted is ridiculous!

Brought our vehicle here for check engine light.
First time vehicle was at Ford for 3 WEEKS.
They "fixed" it however the light came BACK ON next day.
Frustrated, we brought the vehicle back AGAIN to address the issue, and were told they look at it again, no charge.
This time the vehicle stayed at Ford for 2 WEEKS.
The part they stated was the issue was "fixed".
For 5 weeks we didn't have this vehicle and weren't offered a courtesy vehicle.
Drove it home and check engine light RETURNS for the 3RD time.

Made an appointment for their "maintenance for life" oil change. What should have taken only 30 minutes turned into a 2.5 hour wait. When the appointment was made we said we would be waiting for the car. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of only 1, is because the girl working at the counter was friendly.

I have purchased 7 vehicles from Jim Click/Holmes Tuttle with usually good experiences. This time, I purchased a Lincoln Corsair which turned out to be a lemon. Guess what? They do not stand behind everything they sell. They send you to Lincoln and turn a blind eye to you and then treat you like dirt. Seems if you're a customer who was sold a defective car, you will be treated like a piece of $hit. Just be forewarned. This dealership doesn't like customers who are sold lemons.

The check engine light keeps coming on in our Ford F-250 Diesel. Second time in for service. 1st time light only stayed off for 2 weeks. Now our 2nd car broke down and it will take time to get a part. Keep trying to reach service mgr to get truck back so we have a vehicle to use. He never returns our calls. Do not use this service dept. They are rude and unresponsive. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

Honestly I'm not surprised with the low rating. Came in today and was quite disappointed with the salesman, I believe his name was Matt. Well first of all, I came in with pretty specific wants. And when I told him my budget and explained some of the things I wanted, he put me in something completely outside of what I asked for. If you don't have those things then why wasn't I offered something close but without all the specifics I asked for. I had to ask to look at other models, even then he wasn't receptive. I recently purchased a vehicle from Jim click Ford myself and my wife chose a big dealership hoping to get good service and be taken care of correctly. We purchase a vehicle with only 10,000 miles on it hoping to have a reliable vehicle within one week of owning the vehicle the check engine light came on and it started running sluggish for a few minutes and then cleared up and we're running normal I took the vehicle and had it checked by a mechanic and it had numerous transmission codes in it. On 07/14/2021 I decided to stop at Jim Click Ford to see if I could make an appointment for vehicle service. I met with employees working the service department cashier. They were friendly, courteous but could not answer my question. They referred me to the "Service" desk where I met Service Advisor Sebastin Ursu.

Took my car in for an oil change and they completely messed my car up they are claiming to not have touched anything else but my oil pressure is now through the roof and check engine light is now on so not only did they take 3.5 hours to do an oil change but on top of that they wont tell me what to do how to fix this and they aren’t claiming responsibility for their actions I’ve had the car for almost 2 years and never once had a problem till i took it here completely ridiculous WILL NOT RETURN!!

She did not push, motivate or instigate a sale with my partner and I. She genuinely listened to us and our situation. Let us look at whatever we wanted. This place is full of crooks. I had an issue with my Ford Edge abs and traction control. Took it in to have it looked at since we bought it there. Wanted $260 to repair since warranty had expired. I decided to decline and check it out myself. Turns out there was a $0,05 cent screw missing and I replaced with one I had laying around. No cost and no problem 3 months later. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!! Ever!!! Awful!

I am a full time RV'er driving a F350 dually and pulling a 38' trailer. I have been to Jim Click Ford on 3 occasions and on all 3 visits I have been extremely satisfied. 12/31/19 was my first visit for an oil and filter change I had called the 30th, I received an estimate and made an appointment for the next day. They were busy and it took 15 minutes longer than quoted. Oh My!! 15 minutes, not a problem. People were great, very clean, and cost was as quoted. Very happy for a first visit. And it was New Years Eve!!

Quick lane and service department is awful at returning calls and emails, I've been trying to schedule an oil change for over a week now left multiple messages and emails all have ignored. Don't waste your money with the lifetime maintenance it'll take you weeks to get a call back and weeks to get on the schedule.

Had an appointment scheduled for first thing today at 7:30am and dropped off car for a simple service of replacing and reprogramming our Ford vehicle key fob that was not working (it wasn't the key fob battery). Didn't hear anything back after 6 hours so called at 1:45pm and they hadn't even gotten to my service request yet. I asked the rep why nothing had been done since I was the first vehicle in with my appointment and he said it was because they are still working on cars from last week. I told him to cancel my service request and went and picked up my car. What's the point

So I have the dealer a second chance for my next service appointment and I was told max 1.5 hours for the oil change as there were "only two cars in the bays". It has been over 2.5 hours and I'm still waiting. Completely inconsiderate. I specifically said I have appointments to get to and that I can not wait longer than what was expressed to me.

We parked outside the gate and looked at a couple of trucks on the outer edge of the lot. A man came out from inside the dealership and started talking to us and walking around with us. He was MORE than helpful and incredibly down to earth - really wanting to help. That man was Jason Ryan and he was the finance guy
