VAQUERO CONSTRUCTION INC. (VCI) is a general contracting company that focuses on affordable apartment construction in Monterey Bay and the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to general contracting services for multi-family, attached, and single-family homes, we also provide real estate development and construction management services.
In the 5 years since incorporating as a general contractor, VCI has completed over $100 million of construction on projects ranging from 12 units of special needs rehab to 104 units of new construction. VCI has developed a comprehensive understanding of requirements related to senior housing, special needs, and large families.
VCI works with nonprofit and for-profit developers and projects that require and do not require prevailing wages. I have worked with the Vaquero team on several projects including major rehabilitation of apartment buildings to new construction of single family, attached homes, and apartments with over 100 units.

This construction company clearly does not practice customer service. Currently they have a team on Lewis street, by the Alexander townhouses, they park in front of my and my neighbors homes like if they can park there own personal vehicles there. When they have a whole row of parking and the street to park , they take the parking that belongs to. They leave their big machinary in the middle of the Gennaro and fortunata place which doesn't allow space to drive through to get the my garage, when told to move they are rude and say slurs under their breath.
