I Had Paul and his crew come out 2/27/2017 and poured cement onto my yard for my boat. Him and his team did a very beautiful driveway for me. they clean up well. I am very pleased with his work, some might say otherwise. He is a well mannered individual. I would recommend him and his team to whomever that may need landscape work.

I wished I had read the reviews on Vander Landscaping on Yelp before I signed him up to do my work. I see that my experiences have been similar to some that are several years old. Such as his comment stated by one review that "he told me and my wife that he is here to "empty" my pockets." His comment to me after I signed the contract with him and he was leaving, was "Get ready you are going to PAY." I felt very scared for several days and didn't know what to do and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, what I was scared of came to reality and I have to deal with

This is a false company that love taking corners and if it the landscaping or the construction do watch close for they will double charge you on materials that they never use giving you a unprofessional job that will cost you big time later. You would think they would have came back and fix it free of charge but instead he wants to charge me again.

My experience with Paul and his crew was a positive one. I hired his company to demolish the existing concrete patio and replace it with pavers. His crew started the job on time and finished on time while being supervised by Paul himself to make sure it got done right. The work was done professionally, they did not take any shortcuts, and cleaned up well after themselves. I'm a happy customer and would hire Paul again!

Hello, reading this reviews makes me a bit sick to my stomach. I happen to know what type of jobs Paul does since I have seen and know his work. First of all you get for what you pay for, I am sure that we are all familiar with that term. Plus this in the contract that he provides. What I liked is that any update, or change that was requested was written to not get miss guide me (covering steps). Paul is licensed and most important is fair in his pricing. I was almost miss guided by the bad reviews here, but thought to go against all odds and try it out for myself.

I wish there is a rating for 0 star. Like many stories you read in this review. this guy came out to bid and ask for a big front deposit for a stucco project then suggests roofing project then suggest he can have his crew do the yard clean like to pro construction site. Don't hire him and don't fall for any of the suggestions. So rude and refuse to communicate as he is too busy with too many other jobs. When I terminated the contract, he came back stalking around the house and tell my other contractor that I owed him money. OMG, i paid $5800 for a job half done and no one else will take

AVOID!! He refused to finish the job. He had finished half and I'd paid him half but he aggressively demanded full payment at my door for over 2 hours. I ended up needing to call the police to get him to leave. He put a lien on my house for payment for the work he never did.
At first he was good but then turned into a disaster. When he was only half done he refused to finish the work on schedule and demanded immediate full payment. I of course refused to pay for unfinished work as he was breaking the contract. He stood at my door for over 2 hours and I ended up having to call the police.

Each time I spoke to the same clueless-sounding individual (answering the phone in the most non-professional manner possible), I was told that I would receive a call the following day to set up an appointment.
