We hired Ico Construction company to convert our attached garage to a ADU.
After interviewing other companies for the big project they were the best choice because They were willing to work with us on our schedule and budget. They explained the hurtles ahead and worked through the city's process which practically changes every time an inspector shows up. They are very responsive and professional and I highly recommend this company and would hire them for any other construction project in the future. AAA+++ rating

I would HIGHLY recommend ICO Construction, Ivan and his team worked diligently to bring my remodel vision to life. We did a massive home makeover with little to no delays. Any and all increases to the budget were made solely due to changes from our part.

ICO built a 600sf master BR suite addition for us. Their proposal had a superior format and was moderately priced. Their staff is very competent, courteous, and easy to work with. Ivan is very responsive and communicates quickly which made it a pleasant experience. There were very few change orders requested by us. The workmanship and final result was very good. The specialty subcontractors utilized were all experienced. We would recommend ICO to anyone looking for good value and quality.

Ivan is the best contractor you can ask for... period!
From the moment I met him, I could tell that he was an honest man of integrity. That was the primary reason that we hired Ivan to rebuild our house. Our project was a complete tear down of the existing structure and an addition of about 1,000 sq/feet.
My main concerns with selecting a contractor were: staying on budget, staying on schedule and quality.

Ivan along with team Ramon and Tony demonstrated professionalism, integrity and skill when troubleshooting a leak through a wall in my house. They were courteous and respectful in their approach and after solving the problem, went on to rebuild the room and outside wall to a very high standard. I will definitely use them again for future work in my house.

I cannot thank Ivan enough for getting my project done in time and within estimates. It was a bathroom remodeling project and I was nervous when I started this project as I am a first time homeowner.

ICO Construction did a fantastic job on our remodeling project in the fall of 2015. His rates were reasonable and project was completed in the time frame that was quoted. Ivan was open to adjusting the design in the best interest of the owner. He has a great team of subcontractors who are reliable and work hard to keep the project on track. I have been recommending ICO to friends and family as a reliable contractor who can assist with projects that are both large or small.

I can't recommend ICO Construction enough!! From Day 1 of our project everything was absolutely incredible! I had a vision of what I wanted our home to look like, and Ivan delivered! Our home turned out exactly how I imagined it. We love everything about it. Thanks to Ivan and his incredible team of guys for accomplishing our dream home. They were all so easy to work with.
