Prior to starting Red Rock, co-owner Greg Reece had a background in real estate and business and started his own sign post company, managing a number of properties around the Las Vegas Valley area.
Here in greater Las Vegas area, we deal with a wide variety of pest pressures; from ants to cockroaches, rodents to termites, we have it all! I have been using Red Rock Pest Control for my bug service for my commercial business for 6 plus years. Any time I have had a bug or Pest control problem they have been successful in making sure it's taken care of. Joseph is my bug guy very professional and goes above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgeable about Pest products. Flexibility and punctuality are important to me as well this company works well with my needs and is very pet friendly as well.

Very knowledge of the products, provides great customer service but most of all he interacts with you wanting to get to know his customers in a personal level. Noah did a scorpion service with the black light. He was so respectful, professional and knew his stuff. He was very thorough, he killed at least 20 scorpions in the yard, a black widow and roaches that were hidden in a hole. I will be recommending this company from now on. I am super pleased with the service. Thanks Noah for helping me sleep better without worrying about being stung again! The photo is only a portion of the amount he caught and killed.

Red Rock employs pleasant and trustworthy staff who are responsive and helpful. It never takes long to get through to a person and call backs are prompt. Rescheduling service is something I frequently have to do for my unusual schedule and they are always happy to make adjustments. Very easy to work with and great value for the cost.

Joseph is my pest control person. He went out of his way to replace "Aversion" (to fend off any scorpions) around my courtyard where pavers where put in. They had already sprayed Aversion around my home previously but when the pavers were put it, it needed to be sprayed again from when they scraped off the previous treatment. Joseph came back out and re-sprayed the area again. There is construction materials on the courtyard so he had to move everything out of the way which most people would tell you to clean it up before they spray. He did all the work. I so appreciated his hard work. Would recommend

After my fiancé was stung by a scorpion we called as soon as they opened the next morning. The gentleman that answered the phone was able to discuss the process with him. A little later the scheduler called back and was able to get someone out to our house that same night.
Noah was fantastic, professional and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and helped ease our mind with having pets and a baby in the house.
I know we will sleep easier tonight knowing that we've had service done!

We had our first service today from Steve and it was awesome. He was super smart, fast, professional, respectful and great to partner with on keeping our new home free of critters. I have dealt with a few pest controls here in Vegas, but today we had one of the best experiences. Today we had a young man by the name of Noah, come and service the home of an elderly woman that I care for. Not only was he professional, but he was very knowledgeable and even let me poke a little fun at him I would recommend that people use their scorpion shield service 10/10..thank you Noah again for coming out on such short notice and being such a good sport!
