This is a conniving and dishonest operation. After filing a formal complaint the owner texted me and said, "Goodmorning C--t." Unbelievable. Especially when the number was traced back to her. Did she not know this?!? Apparently not. One of the two movers was good but the other not even close. My Dish boxes (3) and Xfinity box were all left behind. I had to drive 70 miles round trip to retrieve the Dish boxes. Never located the Xfinity box. Pin Point says they aren't responsible. An expensive solid wood bedroom dresser just three months old was damaged with two inch long deep gashes

Need quality and professional service? Well, look no further PINPOINT MOVERS are it. The standard I am used to, unlike A&C movers that tried to rip me off with unauthorized charges to my credit card. Pinpoint movers was hired to complete the job and they delivered beyond my expectations. It was an afternoon move, the 3 men were ready and got to work. I will be using them again in the future. Photos are after A&C movers left my 2bd 2 bth apt before Pinpoint movers showed up and showed out.

Would 100% recommend! Cornelio (sorry if misspelled) was very efficient and organized! I don't really write reviews but both him and his helper moved everything pretty fast from our apartment into our storage. Made our moving process so much easier and definitely did not over charge, take their time, or go the wrong way like I've read about other movers doing. First time hiring movers and would definitely be hiring them again! Thank you guys for making everything go a lot smoother than I thought!

Being pregnant at the time, I was hoping for a less stressful move so I hired Pinpoint Movers to partially pack my stuff and move me out of a simple one bedroom apartment less than 1 mile away! It turned out to be the biggest disaster move from start to finish and was sooo stressful, long, expensive and inefficient...the worst I ever experienced!!!!They charged me a whopping $1902 for this move and even tried to overcharge me by $279 more by charging the deposit twice but luckily I caught their mistake and made them refund that amount.

I'm a little late with this review but I wanted to still post it. I used this moving service back in April. The appointment process was smooth and they assured me of the safety measures that they were taking due to COVID. The movers arrived on time and had me moved out and into my new place quickly. I will definitely use them again.

This was my wife and I's first cross country move and the staff at Pinpoint made it very easy. They offer a great price for the high level of quality that you receive. The two man team of Jose and David were efficient and cautious with all of our items. If you are moving in the Houston area or out of the Houston area, I wouldn't suggest anyone else.

I was looking for a new moving company because the last few times were awful. I decided to give these guys a try. Man that was the best decision I've made. They sent 3 movers to move my husband and I from an apartment to a house. The 3 guys worked uninterrupted without breaks. I've never seen movers that worked as hard as these guys. They first packed my kitchen in record time and nothing got broken! I am super happy we used this company. Cesar and his crew were very respectful and they never took any unnecessary breaks. I would certainly use them again.

Worst movers ever, if that is what they really are. . They arrived at our apartment on time, but they started whining about an electrical box that the apartment complex had with about a five foot clearance between it and some stairs. They went back and talked, another of the movers came up and starts looking at our stuff, we told him that there was a cat under the couch, anyone with ANY intelligence would automatically think oh it's hiding. The guy says is it dead? I and my girlfriend thought he was joking and we laughed and said no she's hiding because she's scared. He goes
